Lead forms produce more fills for less money than any landing page, and that's the problem as much as the benefit. Because they take two taps, Meta's algorithm finds the people most likely to tap twice, which isn't the same as the people most likely to buy. The fills come in cheap and mixed: real buyers, job seekers, other vendors, and people who don't remember tapping.
That's fine if someone works every fill. It's a waste if nobody does. Most B2B Facebook programs fail at exactly this point: the fills go to a spreadsheet, sales calls the first twenty, gets three voicemails and a job seeker, and stops. The real prospects were fills 31 and 58.
An example
A insurance broker's lead form asks one question: "When does your commercial insurance renew?" with a month picker. A CFO who saw the video about crossing 100 employees answers it in two taps. Our team calls her the same day, confirms the month, and books the producer at 120 days out. The form captured the one thing a producer needs, and a person turned it into a meeting.
How we use it
We run lead forms and a landing page with the calendar, and test which books more meetings for each audience. The form asks as few questions as possible, usually one. Every fill gets an email and a call from our team the same day. What we report is the booked meeting, not the fill.
