Daily feedback loop

The daily feedback loop is checking each morning whether yesterday's outreach hit its target for meetings booked, scaling it if it did, and if it didn't, finding which of four causes is responsible and fixing that one before today's sending.
The daily feedback loop is checking each morning whether yesterday's outreach hit its target for meetings booked, scaling it if it did, and if it didn't, finding which of four causes is responsible and fixing that one before today's sending.
It's our name for how every program we run gets managed, and it's the thing we'd least like a competitor to copy.
Most agencies report monthly and change things quarterly, which means a client pays for a month of a problem before anyone sees it. The daily loop replaces that with one question, asked every morning: did we hit the target for meetings booked? If yes, we send more. If no, the cause is one of four things, and in a few years of doing this we haven't found a fifth. We emailed the wrong companies (targeting). We didn't email enough of them (volume). The email itself was off (copy and offer). Or it didn't land in the inbox (deliverability). We figure out which, fix it, and that's what goes out today.
An example
A staffing program is booking two job orders a week against a target of four. Tuesday morning the log shows positive replies are fine but half are from companies on a VMS, so the target's being missed on targeting. The exclusion list gets 30 companies added before Tuesday's sends. By Friday the rate is up. Nobody waited for the monthly report.
What the client sees
The log. Every day's target, result, cause if missed, and change made, with the reason. It's the same log for cold email, outbound, and Meta, with the four causes adjusted for ads: audience, spend, creative and offer, and follow-up.
