The 6 Best AI SDR Tools (2026)
AiSDR is the best AI SDR tool for most teams testing the idea, because you pay $1.50 per person prospected with no contract. Salesforge's Agent Frank suits teams that care most about deliverability, Artisan suits startups that want a published monthly price, and 11x suits enterprise teams that can commit $36,000 a year. Oliv AI is really an AI sales assistant, and we say so in its entry. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we use and evaluate these tools every day. None of these companies paid to be listed, and every fact links to its source.

Quick answer: which AI SDR tool fits you
- You want to test an AI SDR without a contract: AiSDR, at $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily, with no monthly fee.
- You already run cold email and care most about inbox placement: Salesforge's Agent Frank, which sits on Salesforge's own mailbox and warm-up stack, from $499 a month billed quarterly.
- You're a startup that wants a published monthly price and a free trial: Artisan's Intern plan, from $250 a month billed annually ($280 month to month).
- Your reps want an AI copilot inside a full prospecting database rather than a fully autonomous agent: Amplemarket, from $600 a month on an annual term.
- You're a mid-market or enterprise team that wants inbound, outbound and voice agents from one vendor and can commit for a year: 11x, which starts at $36,000 a year.
- Your real gap is CRM hygiene, call notes and forecasting, with some outbound on the side: Oliv AI, from $19 per user a month plus agent credits. It is an AI sales assistant first.
- You need meetings on the calendar and nobody in-house to own the AI SDR: hire a team instead (see the agency section near the end).
How we ranked them
We checked every price on the vendor's own pricing page in November 2026 and pulled G2 ratings from each product's G2 profile. G2 blocks automated page reads, so we took the numbers from G2's listing as shown in search results, and they may have moved a few reviews since. We scored each tool on six things:
- Pricing transparency: is a dollar price published, or is it demo-only?
- Commitment: pay as you go, monthly, quarterly or annual.
- What it does best: fully autonomous prospecting, rep copilot, or something else.
- Deliverability and data: does it supply mailboxes, warm-up, verification and a contact database, or do you bring your own?
- Integrations: HubSpot and Salesforce sync at minimum.
- Proof: G2 rating with the review count, since a 4.8 from 9 reviews tells you less than a 4.6 from 600.
We gave the most weight to commitment and pricing transparency. AI SDR results vary a lot by list, offer and copy, so the tool that lets you find out cheaply whether it works for your market beats one that asks for $36,000 up front.

The 6 best AI SDR tools
1. AiSDR: the cheapest way to test an AI SDR
AiSDR finds prospects from a plain-English description, researches them using LinkedIn activity, company news and job posts, and writes email and LinkedIn sequences. It answers common objections and FAQs itself and books a meeting only once a prospect looks qualified, per its homepage. Call tasks go to your own reps, with an Aircall integration.
Pricing: self-serve is $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily, with no monthly fee, according to the AiSDR pricing page. Research, lists and writing are included, and so are a 2B+ profile database, waterfall enrichment, triple bounce checks and HubSpot sync. Warmed mailboxes are $33 each. Team plans for 1,000+ contacts a month are quoted (the page says up to 40% lower per contact), billed monthly on quarterly contracts, and add Salesforce sync and a dedicated GTM engineer. A fully managed service is $2,500 a month.
Best for: a small team that wants to know within a month whether AI-written outbound gets replies in its market, without signing anything. At 1,000 people a month the bill is $1,500.
Watch-outs: the managed tiers and Salesforce sync sit on the quoted Team plan, not pay as you go. AiSDR's own target of 1 to 3 meetings per 100 leads is a vendor claim, and its case studies are self-reported. The pricing FAQ gives two different campaign minimums ($3 and $7.50), which doesn't matter much but shows the page isn't fully tidy.
G2: 4.6 out of 5 from 105 reviews on AiSDR G2 profile, the strongest rating among the pure AI SDRs here with that many reviews.
2. Salesforge Agent Frank: an AI SDR built on a deliverability stack
Agent Frank prospects against your ICP, writes personalized emails from prospects' websites and LinkedIn posts, follows up and books meetings, over email and LinkedIn in 20+ languages. You can run him on Auto-Pilot or in Co-Pilot mode, where you approve each message, per the Agent Frank page. What sets him apart is the plumbing underneath: Salesforge's Warmforge warm-up is included, Megaforge spreads sending across several email providers, and Leadsforge supplies a contact search engine of 500M+ records.
Pricing: the Salesforge pricing page lists Agent Frank at $499 a month billed quarterly for 1,000 active contacts, then $0.25 per contact above 2,000 a month. The FAQ on the Agent Frank page says $599, so get the figure in writing. Mailbox infrastructure is extra: Infraforge starts at $33 a month for 10 mailboxes on annual billing, and the pricing page lists an email infrastructure add-on at $416 a month. Annual billing gives 2 months free. There's no free trial; you book a demo.
Best for: teams that have burned domains before and want the AI SDR and the sending infrastructure from one vendor. The FAQ estimates 2,000 to 2,500 new leads and 6,000 to 7,500 emails a month at the base tier.
Watch-outs: the quarterly billing means a minimum of about $1,500 before infrastructure. The page is unclear on how much of the reply handling is autonomous, and it calls Frank both a user of your first-party data and a researcher of each prospect. You also buy into the whole Forge set of products, which is convenient until you want to swap one piece out.
G2: 4.6 out of 5 from 160 reviews on the Salesforge G2 profile. G2 lists Agent Frank under that profile, so most of those reviews are about the Salesforge sequencer, not Frank alone.
3. Artisan (Ava): published startup prices, sales-led above that
Ava finds leads from Artisan's 250M+ verified B2B contacts, writes and sends email in your reps' names from your own domains, handles replies and books meetings. You can make her ask for approval, lock tone and CTAs, and ban phrases. Reps get a human power dialer with call briefs, per the Artisan pricing page. Salesforce and HubSpot sync both ways, and Artisan says it is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Pricing: the Startups tab on the pricing page shows a free plan with 300 credits a month for lead lookups, Intern from $250 a month billed annually ($280 monthly) for 10,000 credits (about 500 leads contacted a month), and Employee from $600 a month billed annually ($660 monthly) for 25,000 credits (about 1,250 leads). Both paid startup plans offer a free trial. The dialer is $67 per seat a month annually or $75 monthly. The Team (about 2,500 leads a month), Scale (about 6,000) and Enterprise plans for larger companies are priced by sales.
Best for: a seed or Series A company that wants a set monthly price and a trial, and is happy with a few hundred to a couple of thousand leads a month. On Intern, the math works out to roughly $0.50 per lead contacted.
Watch-outs: G2's pros and cons summary flags lead-targeting inaccuracy and price relative to results as recurring complaints. The leads-per-month figures are Artisan's estimates and depend on sequence length. If you're past startup size, expect a sales conversation with no public number.
G2: 4.3 out of 5 from 70 reviews on Artisan G2 profile.
4. Amplemarket (Duo): an AI copilot inside a full prospecting platform
Amplemarket is a sales engagement platform with its own contact data, mailboxes, job-change alerts and phone credits. Its AI layer, Duo, comes as Duo Copilot on every plan, with Duo Voice from Growth up and Duo Inbox on Elite, per the Amplemarket pricing page. It's closer to giving each rep an AI assistant than to replacing the SDR, which is why we include it: many teams shopping for an AI SDR end up wanting this instead.
Pricing: Startup is $600 a month on an annual term for 2 users, 27,000 contacts, 13,500 email credits per user per year and 2 mailboxes per user. Growth (4 users) and Elite (10 users) are custom. The page says every plan includes a free trial but doesn't say how long.
Best for: a team that has reps who will still run sequences and calls, and wants data, sequencing and AI drafting in one tool rather than an autonomous agent.
Watch-outs: $600 a month annually is $7,200 a year before any upgrade, and Duo Voice and Duo Inbox need the custom tiers. G2 reviewers mention a learning curve and weaker phone data.
G2: 4.6 out of 5 from 657 reviews on the Amplemarket G2 seller page, by far the deepest review base in this list.
5. 11x (Alice and Julian): multichannel agents for teams that can commit
11x sells two agents. Alice runs outbound: lead generation, nurture, reactivation, website visitor retargeting and closed-lost recovery. Julian handles inbound speed-to-lead, meeting scheduling and expansion. The 11x homepage lists email, social, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and AI phone agents, plus HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations and mailbox health tooling.
Pricing: the Alice pricing page shows Growth "starting at $3,750 / mo", billed annually, for up to 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects a month. The FAQ on the same page says 11x "starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan." $3,750 a month is $45,000 a year, so ask which number applies before you sign. Pro (5,000 prospects a month) and Enterprise (10,000+) are custom, and both can sign two or three year deals. Renewal increases are capped. No free trial is mentioned.
Best for: a mid-market or enterprise team that wants inbound and outbound agents, voice included, from one vendor and has the budget and patience for an annual contract. At $3,750 a month for 2,000 new prospects, you pay about $1.88 per prospect.
Watch-outs: the annual minimum is the steepest entry cost here, and you can't test it month to month. G2 reviewers list a learning curve, difficult setup and inaccuracy among the downsides.
G2: 4.5 out of 5 from 49 reviews on 11x G2 profile.
6. Oliv AI: an AI sales assistant with an outbound add-on
Oliv isn't a pure AI SDR. Its core product captures and summarizes meetings, calls and email, updates CRM records and rebuilds forecasts from deal evidence, according to its homepage. It does have a Prospector agent that "builds and runs tailored outbound campaigns," though the sample on the page shows a first email "drafted for you to send", so expect a rep in the loop. It integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and Outreach, among others.
Pricing: per user per month, the Oliv pricing page lists Converse at $19 (meeting and email capture, AI summaries, CRM notes), Sell at $49 (adds forecasting and deal risk), Grow at $79 (adds customer health and churn risk) and Amplify at $0 for leaders who only query the agents. Email and LinkedIn outreach is the Engage add-on at $29, and agent actions cost $0.01 per credit on top. There's no free trial listed; you plan a proof of concept with sales.
Best for: a sales team whose pain is CRM data, call notes and forecast accuracy, that wants some AI-drafted outbound for its reps on the same bill. If you're replacing a call recorder, the economics are the point.
Watch-outs: if you want an agent that prospects and books meetings with no rep involved, buy one of the tools above instead. Credit spend isn't capped on the page, so ask for an estimate in writing.
G2: the Oliv.ai G2 profile said there weren't yet enough reviews to give buying insight when we checked; a G2 category page showed 4.7 from 10 reviews. Treat either as thin.
Where AI SDRs fall short against a human-run program
We run cold email for a living, and we build our own AI agents for research and writing, so this isn't an anti-AI take. The gap is rarely the writing. It's everything around it that an AI SDR tool leaves to you:
- Someone still has to own the ICP, the offer and the list. An AI SDR given a vague target sends well-written email to the wrong people, quickly. G2 reviewers raise lead-targeting accuracy for Artisan and inaccuracy for 11x, and that's partly a configuration problem no vendor can fix for you.
- Testing is a job. Most tools let you A/B test, but deciding which angle to kill and which to scale each week takes judgment. In our own data, 82% of positive replies come from the first email, so the first-touch angle matters more than sequence length.
- Deliverability is shared risk. Several tools here send from your domains or mailboxes. If volume ramps too fast or the list is dirty, it's your domain reputation that suffers. Salesforge and AiSDR sell mailboxes and warm-up for this reason, but somebody still has to watch bounce and spam rates.
- Reply handling has edge cases. Objection handling on a pricing question is fine. A reply from a VP that says "talk to my colleague, but not until Q2" needs someone to read it.
- Personalization from public data repeats. When every AI SDR pulls the same LinkedIn post and job listing, prospects see the pattern. Account-level buying signals (funding, hiring, tech changes) give the email a real reason to exist.
For context, our benchmarks across a sample of the cold email we send (see our cold email statistics): about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails on strong account signals, closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting, and around 1 per 500 at worst. AiSDR's stated target of 1 to 3 meetings per 100 leads sits in a similar range, but it's measured per lead, not per email, and it's a vendor claim.
How to choose an AI SDR tool
- Start with commitment, not features. If you've never run an AI SDR, pick something you can stop next month: AiSDR pay as you go, or Artisan's monthly startup plan. Only sign an annual deal (11x, Amplemarket) once you've seen replies in your market.
- Work out cost per lead contacted. From the published prices: Artisan Intern is about $0.50 a lead, AiSDR is $1.50, 11x Growth is about $1.88, and Agent Frank depends on how many of your 1,000 active contacts turn over each month.
- Add infrastructure. Budget for mailboxes and warm-up: AiSDR charges $33 per warmed mailbox, Infraforge starts at $33 a month for 10. Artisan's startup plans include deliverability monitoring.
- Decide autonomy up front. If your reps want to approve every message, Artisan, Agent Frank and Oliv all support review. If you want zero rep time, check how each tool hands off a qualified reply.
- Check CRM sync on the plan you'll actually buy. AiSDR's Salesforce sync is on Team plans, Artisan's is on paid plans, and Oliv lives inside your CRM by design.
- Count who will run it. If the honest answer is nobody, a tool won't fix that. See the agency section below.
When to hire an agency instead
An AI SDR tool is software you operate. If you don't have someone with a few hours a week to own targeting, testing and deliverability, you'll pay for the tool and still not get meetings. That's when a cold email agency makes more sense. IntentSignal builds custom AI agents per client that research each account, write around what's happening at that company and book meetings onto your reps' calendars, with the two co-founders running every account and new angles tested daily. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, and you own every sending domain and mailbox we build, in writing.
For a sense of what that looks like in practice: Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months after we tested 70 experimental campaigns over 11 weeks and scaled the 5 winners. That kind of testing volume is the part most AI SDR buyers underestimate.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI SDR?
An AI SDR is software that does the prospecting work of a sales development rep: it finds leads that match your ICP, researches them, writes and sends outreach, follows up and handles replies, then books meetings for your account executives. G2 tracks these tools in its AI SDRs category. Some, like AiSDR and Artisan, aim to run on their own; others, like Amplemarket's Duo and Oliv, assist human reps.
How much does an AI SDR cost?
From the vendors' own pricing pages in November 2026: AiSDR is $1.50 per person prospected with no monthly fee, Artisan starts at $250 a month billed annually, Salesforge's Agent Frank is $499 a month billed quarterly, Amplemarket starts at $600 a month on an annual term, and 11x starts at $36,000 a year. Mailboxes, data top-ups and dialer seats usually cost extra.
Can an AI SDR replace a human SDR?
It can replace much of the list building, research and first drafts. It can't replace someone owning the ICP, the offer, weekly testing decisions and deliverability. Teams that get results from AI SDRs usually have one person spending a few hours a week running the tool. If nobody will do that, an agency or a human SDR is the better buy.
Which AI SDR is best for startups?
AiSDR and Artisan. AiSDR lets you pay per person prospected with no contract, so you can test for a few hundred dollars. Artisan publishes startup plans from $250 a month billed annually with a free trial and a free tier for lead lookups.
Is 11x worth it?
For an enterprise team that wants inbound and outbound agents, including voice, from one vendor and can commit to a year, it can be. Its pricing page shows Growth from $3,750 a month billed annually while the FAQ says $36,000 a year, so confirm the number. It holds 4.5 on G2 from 49 reviews. Smaller teams should test a month-to-month tool first.
Is Oliv AI an AI SDR?
Not mainly. Oliv is an AI sales assistant: meeting and email capture, CRM updates, forecasting and deal risk, priced from $19 per user a month. It has a Prospector agent and an Engage add-on ($29) for email and LinkedIn outreach, but its sample shows emails drafted for a rep to send.
Do AI SDRs hurt email deliverability?
They can. Most send from your domains or mailboxes, so fast ramp-up or dirty lists damage your reputation, not the vendor's. Use separate sending domains, warm them up, verify emails before sending and watch bounce rates. Salesforge, AiSDR and Artisan all include some warm-up, verification or monitoring.
