Abstrakt Marketing Group Alternatives: 8 Agencies Compared (2026)
The best Abstrakt Marketing Group alternatives are LevelUp Leads or SalesRoads if you want a US calling team, Callbox if you sell across several countries, and an email-led agency like IntentSignal ($2,999 a month, month to month) if your deals are $10K+ and your buyers read email. Each one publishes clearer terms than Abstrakt, which doesn't disclose contract length. Abstrakt itself publishes a range: about $5,000 to $7,000 a month for outbound, or $60,000 to $84,000 a year. Its guarantee counts meetings that meet agreed criteria, and a third-party review says those criteria don't require the prospect to attend. The eight alternatives below are compared on cost, terms and how each one counts a meeting.

Quick answer
- If you want US callers like Abstrakt's but with published prices and no lock-in, SalesRoads charges $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR and lets you cancel anytime.
- If you want a phone-led team at about Abstrakt's price with better reviews, LevelUp Leads starts at $5,000 a month (3-month commitment) and has Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews.
- If you want flexible calling terms and custom quotes, SalesHive is month to month with no setup fee.
- If you sell in several countries or languages, Callbox publishes a spend range of $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter and runs multichannel pods worldwide.
- If your deals are $10K+ and your buyers read email, an email-led agency like IntentSignal ($2,999 a month, month to month) costs less than Abstrakt's $5,000 to $7,000 outbound range.
- You have a rep with time each week and want the lowest cost: run it yourself on Instantly ($47 a month) or Smartlead ($39 a month) plus a data tool. See the section on running it yourself below.
For a second opinion on an Abstrakt proposal, book a campaign plan call. If a phone team is the better fit for you, we'll say so.
IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. This page covers Abstrakt's outbound appointment setting. If you mainly buy SEO or web design from Abstrakt, see the note on that further down.
What Abstrakt Marketing Group sells and costs
Abstrakt Marketing Group, founded in 2009 in St. Louis, sells outbound appointment setting across phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail, plus outsourced SDRs, lead qualification, SEO, web design, PPC and creative (Abstrakt). Its homepage says "every BDR and SDR making calls on your behalf works out of our St. Louis headquarters" and cites a "U.S.-based team of 500+ specialists." Its listed industries lean toward trades and B2B services: HVAC, managed services, roofing, paving, construction, solar, manufacturing, insurance and more.
Unusually for the category, Abstrakt publishes price ranges:
| Program | Published monthly range | Year one (our arithmetic) |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound appointment setting | About $5,000 to $7,000/mo | $60,000 to $84,000 |
| Inbound SEO | About $4,000 to $8,000/mo | $48,000 to $96,000 |
Every package includes "exclusive territories, a dedicated team, and monthly performance reviews," according to Abstrakt's FAQ. A third-party review says clients are assigned a 5-person pod (Salesforge). Contract length and exit terms aren't published. Case studies mention engagements from 2 months to 4 years. Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum project and $100 to $149 an hour.
How the Abstrakt guarantee works
Abstrakt advertises "Guaranteed Appointments" and explains: "We qualify every meeting against criteria we set together before the program starts. If a meeting does not meet those criteria, it does not count." Salesforge adds two details: if the annual goal is missed, Abstrakt keeps working for free until it's met, and its definition of a qualified meeting doesn't require that the meeting actually take place.
That second detail matches the most common complaint on Trustpilot: unqualified or no-show appointments counted toward the agreed number. If you sign, write "held meeting with the agreed title" into the criteria.
Reviews
Clutch 4.6 from 44 reviews (Clutch). Trustpilot 4.0 from 53 reviews, 19% of them one-star. We found no G2 profile. Praise centers on responsive, knowledgeable reps, website and SEO work, and long relationships with monthly reviews. Complaints mention promised meeting volumes not delivered, rep turnover and slow course correction.

What to compare when you leave Abstrakt
Most buyers looking at Abstrakt alternatives are reacting to one of three things: meetings that didn't happen or didn't fit, a team that changed too often, or a price that's hard to justify against results.
- If the issue was meeting quality, choose a vendor that counts held meetings. CIENCE's bonus only pays once SDRs pass 60% of their held-meeting target. Elsewhere, write held meetings into the contract yourself.
- If the issue was turnover, ask every vendor who will be on your account in month three, and whether you can meet them. At IntentSignal, the co-founders run every account. memoryBlue and Martal emphasize senior or trained reps.
- If the issue was cost per meeting, do the math. At $6,000 a month and, say, 10 held meetings, Abstrakt costs $600 per meeting. Ask each alternative what it would need to beat that in your market, and get the answer in writing.
Exclusive territory is the one Abstrakt feature most alternatives don't advertise. If it matters because you compete with other Abstrakt clients in your region, ask each vendor whether it will avoid working with your direct competitors.
The 8 Abstrakt Marketing Group alternatives
1. IntentSignal: email-led outbound for $10K+ deals
IntentSignal is a B2B cold email agency for US companies with $10K+ contract values and a sales team that takes the meetings. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month: a retainer, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. That's about $2,000 to $4,000 a month below Abstrakt's outbound range.
We build a custom AI agent for each client. It researches each account, writes outreach around what's happening at that company, and books meetings onto your reps' calendars. We test new campaign angles daily. Co-founders Andrew Elsakr and Kyle Rasmussen run every account, so there's no rotating rep. You own every sending domain and mailbox, in writing, after the engagement too. Our benchmark is about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails on strong account signals, and closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting. Route got 117 opportunities in one month and $42M in ARR pipeline over three quarters.
Watch-outs: our primary channel is cold email. We don't run direct mail or a St. Louis-style call floor. If your buyers answer the phone more readily than they reply to email, a calling team will do better. We also don't offer exclusive territories, and we have no review-site ratings yet.
To see an email-led plan priced against your Abstrakt proposal, book a campaign plan call.
2. LevelUp Leads: phone-led SDRs at a similar price
LevelUp Leads runs appointment setting with full or fractional SDRs across calling, email and LinkedIn (packages). Plans start at $5,000 a month, custom quoted, with an initial 3-month commitment, then month to month, prepaid monthly. Onboarding is free, and billing starts at launch. The fractional SDR plan includes 150+ calls and 180+ emails a day.
Its price sits at the bottom of Abstrakt's range, and its reviews are stronger: Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews. Founded in 2021, it's younger, and it doesn't advertise exclusive territories or direct mail. See our LevelUp Leads alternatives for more on it.
3. SalesRoads: US callers, no lock-in
SalesRoads runs US-based SDR appointment setting by phone and email from Boca Raton, and has since 2007. Its published ladder is $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR, $16,750 for two and $23,500 for three. There's no long-term commitment, launch takes 15 business days, and each SDR gets 500 records a month.
It costs about twice Abstrakt's range ($155,350 a year for one SDR, over 13 billing cycles), but you get a dedicated US rep, published prices and no minimum. Clutch 4.9 from 69 reviews; Clutch lists a $10,000+ minimum project.
4. SalesHive: calling with flexible terms
SalesHive offers US or Philippines-based SDRs, its Power Dialer for calling, and managed email (pricing). The Starter plan is phone only with 1 SDR and 100+ touches a day; Growth adds email at 250+; Crush is 2 SDRs at 500+. Pricing is a custom flat monthly fee, with no setup fees. Terms are month to month or annual, and you pay nothing until you approve launch. Third parties report about $5,000 to $12,000 a month for US tiers and about $4,000 offshore.
Watch-outs: Trustpilot 3.5 from 35 reviews, 37% of them one-star, with complaints about off-ICP meetings and refund refusals. SalesHive states it doesn't guarantee meeting numbers.
5. Callbox: multi-country pods
Callbox runs multichannel "Campaign Pods" across phone, email, LinkedIn, chat, webinars and SMS, from a Los Angeles HQ with offices in Singapore, Australia, Colombia and London. Its pricing FAQ says: "Our clients spend between US$20,000 and US$40,000 quarterly." That's about $6,700 to $13,300 a month, at or above Abstrakt's top end. Third parties report 3 to 12 month minimums and $1,000 to $5,000 setup per pod.
Callbox suits companies selling in several regions or languages, which Abstrakt's US-only team doesn't cover. Clutch 4.6 from 128 reviews. Complaints mention shallow reporting and generic delivery for niche B2B. More in our Callbox alternatives.
6. Martal Group: senior SDRs for tech
Martal Group (founded 2009, Oakville, Canada) runs senior outsourced SDRs across email, LinkedIn and calling. It doesn't publish prices. Third parties report about $4,500 to $9,000 a month, with a 3-month pilot on its entry tier and 4 months on higher tiers, which add a sales commission (Salesforge). Clutch 4.8 from 109 reviews; G2 4.6 from 135.
Martal fits tech companies better than trades. Reviewers want more self-serve reporting and mention some out-of-ICP meetings.
7. Belkins: larger multichannel programs
Belkins sells retainers by yearly appointment target (30+, 100+ or 200+) on its pricing page, without dollar figures. Third parties report $5,000 to $14,800+ a month, $2,000 to $5,000 setup and 3 to 6 month minimums. Cold calling is included only in the Growth Plus plan and above. Clutch 4.9 from 234 reviews, the most on this page.
Watch-outs: lead quality misses, and reporting on booked rather than held meetings (Salesforge).
8. CIENCE: cheapest SDR seats
CIENCE publishes a modular rate card (pricing): $2,000 a month for the campaign team, $499 for the graph8 platform, and SDRs from $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 US/EU, plus a one-time setup fee and a performance bonus above 60% of each SDR's held-meeting target. Month to month. One offshore SDR comes to $4,249 a month before setup and bonus.
Watch-outs: Clutch 4.2 from 142 reviews and G2 3.7 from 181, the lowest scores here, with complaints about months with zero meetings and turnover.
If you buy SEO or web design from Abstrakt
Abstrakt's inbound SEO runs about $4,000 to $8,000 a month by its own figures, and reviewers often praise its website and SEO work. None of the agencies above do SEO, so they aren't like-for-like replacements for that part of an Abstrakt contract. If you split the work, compare SEO agencies on deliverables and reporting separately, and keep outbound with a specialist.
If you would rather run it yourself
Some teams searching for Abstrakt alternatives are really deciding whether to pay an agency at all. The software to send cold email yourself is cheap. The work around it is where the cost sits.
- Instantly: the Growth plan is $47 a month for 5,000 emails, with unlimited sending accounts and warmup (monthly billing).
- Smartlead: the Base plan is $39 a month for 6,000 sends and 2,000 contacts. Pro is $94 a month for 90,000 sends.
- Apollo: a free Starter plan for contact data, with paid Basic and Professional tiers. Apollo's pricing page doesn't list the paid prices.
None of these tools buy and set up your sending domains, build and verify the list, write the copy, test new angles or answer replies. Someone on your team does that, or it doesn't happen. At our benchmark for generic targeting (about 1 meeting per 200 emails), 5,000 emails a month is around 25 meetings at best, and only when the inboxes, data and copy are right. If a rep has real hours each week for this, running it yourself is the cheapest option on this page. If nobody does, that time is what you'd be paying Abstrakt or any agency for.
When to stay with Abstrakt
- You want exclusive territory, so the agency won't prospect for a competitor in your area.
- Your buyers are trades and service-business owners who respond to calls and direct mail more than email.
- You want one vendor for outbound, SEO and your website, with a monthly review across all of it.
- Your criteria for a qualified meeting are written tightly, including attendance, so the guarantee protects you.
Questions to ask Abstrakt or any alternative before signing
- What is the contract length, and what does it cost to leave early? Abstrakt doesn't publish this.
- Does a meeting count if the prospect doesn't show? Get the qualification criteria in writing.
- Who will work my account, and what happens if they leave?
- Who owns the sending domains, mailboxes, call recordings and lists when I leave?
- How is the guarantee settled: refund, credit or free work? Abstrakt reportedly works free until the annual goal is met.
- What will my cost per held meeting be after the first 90 days, and what happens if it isn't met?

Where IntentSignal fits
Choose us over Abstrakt if you sell $10K+ contracts to US B2B buyers who read email, you have reps to take meetings, and you'd rather pay $2,999+ a month, month to month, than sign an undisclosed term. You own the domains and mailboxes, and a co-founder runs your account. If you need callers, direct mail or exclusive territories, Abstrakt or a phone-led team is the better fit. Book a campaign plan call to see what we'd run for you.
