LevelUp Leads Alternatives: 8 Agencies Compared (2026)
The right LevelUp Leads alternative depends on whether you need phones. For a US calling team with no minimum term, look at SalesRoads, and for cheaper SDR seats, CIENCE. If you don't need calling, an email-led agency like IntentSignal ($2,999 a month) or Borks costs less, with no 3-month prepay. LevelUp Leads itself is very well reviewed (Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews). Its plans start at $5,000 a month with an initial 3-month prepaid commitment, so the minimum spend is $15,000. Below we compare eight alternatives on what you'd pay in the first quarter and the first year.

Quick answer: which LevelUp Leads alternative fits
- If you want a phone-led US SDR team with no minimum term, SalesRoads publishes its prices ($11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR) and lets you cancel anytime.
- If you want SDRs for less money and can accept offshore reps, CIENCE starts at $4,249 a month for one offshore SDR plus its team and platform fees, month to month.
- If you want calling with flexible terms and custom quotes, SalesHive is month to month with no setup fee, but its public reviews are thin and mixed.
- If you sell into enterprise tech or cybersecurity and want senior, heavily trained reps, Martal Group or memoryBlue fit, at higher reported prices and with 3 to 6 month pilots.
- If you don't need calling and want a lower monthly cost, an email-led agency such as IntentSignal ($2,999 a month) or Borks ($3,000 to $5,000) costs less than LevelUp's $5,000 starting point, with no minimum term.
- You have a rep with time each week and want the lowest cost: run it yourself on Instantly ($47 a month) or Smartlead ($39 a month) plus a data tool. See the section on running it yourself below.
Not sure if you need phones at all? Book a campaign plan call and we'll tell you, even if the answer is a calling shop.
IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. LevelUp Leads is well reviewed, so this page is mainly for buyers whose budget, terms or channel needs don't match its model, not for people unhappy with its work.
What LevelUp Leads offers and costs
LevelUp Leads sells appointment setting, full and fractional outsourced SDRs, cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn and list building, plus SEO and paid media (LevelUp Leads). Clutch lists it as founded in 2021 in Laguna Beach, California, with 50 to 249 staff. The site describes a California-based, fully remote team. Named clients include Siemens, Vodafone and Hootsuite.
Its packages page is more open than most SDR shops:
| Package | Daily activity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fractional SDR | 150+ calls and 180+ emails a day | Custom quote; plans start at $5,000/mo |
| Full-Service SDR | 300+ calls and 230+ emails a day | Custom quote |
| Growth | 2 SDRs, 700+ calls a day | Custom quote |
The terms in its FAQ: "We require an initial 3-month commitment, and then our services roll over to month-to-month." Services are "prepaid, with upfront monthly payments." Onboarding is free, and billing starts when the first campaign launches, about 7 to 10 days after the onboarding call.
So the smallest commitment is three prepaid months at the $5,000 starting price, or $15,000 before you can leave. At that starting price, a full year costs $60,000. The volume shows where the meetings come from: the fractional plan's 150+ calls a day mean this is a phone-led program with email support. Salesforge's review reaches the same conclusion, that cold calling drives most meetings (Salesforge).
Reviews are strong: Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews and G2 about 4.8 to 4.9 from 45 to 52 reviews, depending on the page. The few complaints on Clutch are minor: a customer success manager who didn't understand the account well, having to coach SDRs on messaging repeatedly, and requests for deeper reporting and dial-level visibility. LevelUp doesn't publish who owns the domains at exit, and states no guarantee.

First decide: do you need phones?
Most of what you pay LevelUp for is calling volume, so first work out whether phones are producing your meetings.
- Keep a phone-led team (LevelUp, SalesRoads, SalesHive, memoryBlue) if your best meetings came from live conversations, your list has direct dials, and the people you sell to answer their phones.
- Go email-led if your market is large, your buyers rarely pick up, or you want to test many angles quickly. In our sending data, 82% of first positive replies arrive within 3 days of a launch, so an email test gives you an answer within a week.
- Look at title mix. In our data, CEOs at small companies are about 3 times more likely than VPs to reply positively to cold email. If you sell to founders and owners of small firms, email alone often works. For layered enterprise buying groups, calling and multichannel help more.
More benchmarks are in our cold email statistics. If you're weighing an agency against hiring your own reps, see our agency vs in-house SDR cost breakdown.
The 8 LevelUp Leads alternatives
1. IntentSignal: email-led, flat fee, no minimum
IntentSignal is a B2B cold email agency for US companies with $10K+ contract values and a sales team to take meetings. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month: a retainer, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. That's about $2,000 a month below LevelUp's starting price and avoids its 3-month prepaid minimum.
We build a custom AI agent for each client. It researches every account, writes outreach around what's happening at that company, and books meetings onto your reps' calendars. We test new campaign angles daily. Co-founders Andrew Elsakr and Kyle Rasmussen run every account. You own every sending domain and mailbox, in writing, including after you leave.
Proof: Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months; we tested 70 experimental campaigns over 11 weeks and scaled the 5 that worked. Upside booked meetings with leaders at 6.5% of all US restaurant locations in one quarter. Our benchmark is about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails on strong account signals and 1 per 200 on generic targeting.
Watch-outs: we don't run a dialing floor. Outbound with calling is a separate service, and if calls drive your pipeline, LevelUp or SalesRoads is the better fit. We also have no review-site ratings yet, while LevelUp has 61 five-star Clutch reviews.

2. SalesRoads: US phone team, cancel anytime
SalesRoads has run US-based outsourced SDR appointment setting from Boca Raton since 2007, on phone and email with no LinkedIn program. Its pricing page is a public ladder per 4-week engagement: 1 SDR $11,950, 2 SDRs $16,750, 3 SDRs $23,500, up to 6 SDRs at $43,150. There's no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime. Launch takes 15 business days, calling starts on day 16, and each SDR gets 500 records a month.
SalesRoads bills per 4-week cycle, which means 13 invoices a year, so one SDR costs $155,350 a year, more than twice LevelUp's entry price. You pay more for a dedicated US rep and no minimum. Reviews match LevelUp's: Clutch 4.9 from 69 reviews. Complaints mention reporting clarity, onboarding and cost for small firms. For the head-to-head, see SalesRoads vs LevelUp Leads.
3. CIENCE: lowest cost per SDR seat
CIENCE, now graph8's services arm, prices modules on its pricing page: a $2,000 a month campaign team, a $499 platform fee, and SDRs from $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 US/EU. A one-time setup fee applies (amount not shown), plus a performance bonus once an SDR passes 60% of the held-meeting target. Month to month.
One offshore SDR comes to $4,249 a month before setup and bonus, under LevelUp's $5,000 starting price. Five offshore SDRs cost $11,249 a month per CIENCE's own example. Its reviews are weaker: Clutch 4.2 (142) and G2 3.7 (181), with complaints about months without meetings, turnover and refunds.
4. SalesHive: calling with flexible terms
SalesHive offers SDRs in the US or the Philippines, cold calling through its Power Dialer and managed email (SalesHive pricing). Plans are Starter (1 SDR, phone only, 100+ touches a day), Growth (phone and email, 250+) and Crush (2 SDRs, 500+). Pricing is a custom flat monthly fee, with no setup fees and no per-meeting pricing. Terms are month to month (written notice, billing ends at the end of the next billing month) or annual. Third parties report about $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000 a month for US tiers and about $4,000 offshore.
Watch-outs: SalesHive says "we do not guarantee a number of meetings." Public reviews are thin and mixed: Trustpilot 3.5 from 35 reviews, 37% of them one-star, with complaints about off-ICP meetings, shared "dedicated" SDRs and refund refusals. Compare more options on our SalesHive alternatives page.
5. Martal Group: senior SDRs for tech sales
Martal Group, founded in 2009 in Oakville, Canada, with offices in San Francisco and New York, runs outsourced senior SDRs across cold email, LinkedIn and calling. It doesn't publish dollar figures. Per its tier structure as reported by Salesforge, Tier 1A has a 3-month pilot and Tiers 2 and 3 a 4-month pilot, and those higher tiers add a sales commission. Reported prices run from $4,500 to $6,195+ a month (Belkins) to $5,000 to $9,000 (LeadHaste).
Best for: B2B tech companies that want reps who learn a complex value proposition. Reviews: Clutch 4.8 (109), G2 4.6 (135). Watch-outs: reporting isn't self-serve enough, some meetings fall outside the ICP, and the first 2 to 3 weeks of calibration can be rough.
6. memoryBlue: trained enterprise SDRs
memoryBlue, merged with London-based Operatix, provides outsourced SDRs and AEs for B2B tech and professional services, including cybersecurity and GovTech (memoryBlue). Reps go through a 12-step hiring process and a 6-week Academy before working on client accounts. Pricing isn't published. Clutch shows a $5,000+ minimum project, and competitors report $7,000 to $12,000 per SDR per month with a 6-month minimum.
Best for: funded tech companies selling into enterprise that want a coached team, rather than LevelUp's activity volume. Reviews: G2 4.6 from 297, Clutch 4.7 from 23, with cost as the lowest-rated Clutch category. See our memoryBlue alternatives for more.
7. Belkins: large multichannel programs
Belkins sells retainers by yearly appointment target (30+, 100+, 200+), with no dollar figures on its pricing page. Third parties report $5,000 to $14,800+ a month, $2,000 to $5,000 setup and 3 to 6 month minimums. Cold calling is only in its top Growth Plus plan and above. With Clutch 4.9 from 234 reviews, it is the most reviewed agency here.
Watch-outs: reviewers mention lead quality misses and results taking 60 to 90 days, and Salesforge notes reports that count booked rather than held meetings.
8. Borks: fixed email budget
Borks does cold email only, at $3,000, $4,000 or $5,000 a month for 50,000, 100,000 or 150,000 sends, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee (Borks). You own the domains, inboxes and lists, and they're handed over when you leave. It requires a $5,000+ average contract value. Watch-outs: Trustpilot 3.3 from 16 reviews, with conflicting guarantee statements between its site and its Trustpilot replies.
If you would rather run it yourself
Some teams searching for LevelUp Leads alternatives are really deciding whether to pay an agency at all. The software to send cold email yourself is cheap. The work around it is where the cost sits.
- Instantly: the Growth plan is $47 a month for 5,000 emails, with unlimited sending accounts and warmup (monthly billing).
- Smartlead: the Base plan is $39 a month for 6,000 sends and 2,000 contacts. Pro is $94 a month for 90,000 sends.
- Apollo: a free Starter plan for contact data, with paid Basic and Professional tiers. Apollo's pricing page doesn't list the paid prices.
None of these tools buy and set up your sending domains, build and verify the list, write the copy, test new angles or answer replies. Someone on your team does that, or it doesn't happen. At our benchmark for generic targeting (about 1 meeting per 200 emails), 5,000 emails a month is around 25 meetings at best, and only when the inboxes, data and copy are right. If a rep has real hours each week for this, running it yourself is the cheapest option on this page. If nobody does, that time is what you'd be paying LevelUp Leads or any agency for.
When to stay with LevelUp Leads
- Calls are where your meetings come from, and you want 150 to 700+ dials a day without hiring.
- You value its review record: Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews is the strongest score on this page.
- You want one vendor for calling, email and LinkedIn, plus SEO or paid media.
- Three prepaid months at $5,000 or more is within budget, and you're fine judging results over a quarter.
Questions to ask LevelUp Leads or any alternative
- What counts as a meeting in your reporting: booked, or held with the right title?
- How many calls and emails will my program get each day, and how many will be on my accounts rather than a shared list?
- Who owns the sending domains, mailboxes and call recordings when I leave? LevelUp doesn't publish this.
- When does billing start, and what's prepaid? LevelUp bills monthly in advance from first launch.
- How do I cancel after the minimum, and how much notice do you need?
- Can I see dial-level and reply-level data as well as a meeting count? This was the main request in LevelUp's Clutch reviews.
Where IntentSignal fits
Pick us over LevelUp Leads if you sell $10K+ contracts to US B2B buyers, your reps can take meetings, and you'd rather run an email-led program at $2,999 a month with no minimum than prepay three months of a calling team. You'll own the domains and mailboxes, and a co-founder runs your account. If dials are what win your deals, stay with LevelUp or look at SalesRoads. Book a campaign plan call to see what we'd run for you.

Yes. Its FAQ says it requires an initial 3-month commitment before services roll over to month to month. At the $5,000 starting price, that's $15,000 at minimum.
Is LevelUp Leads mainly cold calling?
Calling is the core. The fractional plan includes 150+ calls and 180+ emails a day, and the Growth plan 700+ calls a day across 2 SDRs. Salesforge's review also found that calling drives most meetings.
What is a cheaper alternative to LevelUp Leads?
