The 9 Best Email Finder Tools (2026)

Prospeo is the best email finder for most cold email teams in 2026: 2,000 verified emails a month for $49 ($37 billed yearly), you're only charged when a valid email comes back, and unused credits roll over. Pick Findymail if bounces are your biggest worry, Hunter if you start from company domains, and Wiza or Evaboot if your lists come from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we use and evaluate these tools every day. None of these companies paid to be listed, and every fact links to its source.

The 9 Best Email Finder Tools (2026)

Quick answer: which email finder fits you

  • You want the most verified emails for the money with a clear credit rule: Prospeo. A search with no valid result costs 0 credits, and credits roll over.
  • You already have lists and need them completed without wrecking your bounce rate: Findymail, $99 a month for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, with a written guarantee of bounces under 5%.
  • You start from a company website and want everyone at that domain: Hunter, with a free plan of 50 credits a month and paid plans from $49 ($34 yearly).
  • You need mobile numbers as well as emails and want several data sources checked for you: FullEnrich, which runs a waterfall across 25+ providers from $55 a month for 1,000 credits.
  • You build lists in Sales Navigator and want one-click export with emails: Wiza for unlimited email reveals on its $990 yearly plan, or Evaboot from $9 a month if you also want the data cleaned and checked against your filters.
  • You find emails in bulk, across a whole team, and hate paying for misses: Anymail Finder. It charges only for verified emails, has no per-seat pricing and rolls credits over.
  • You want a Hunter-style domain search for less: Tomba, 2,500 searches and 2,500 verifications for $49 ($37 yearly).
  • You want finder, verifier and a basic sequencer in one cheap login: Snov.io, from $39 a month.

If you'd rather not build and verify lists yourself, skip to the section on when to hire an agency, or book a campaign plan call and we'll tell you honestly whether a tool or a service fits your team.

How we ranked them

Bad emails do more damage in cold email than anywhere else. A bounce wastes the touch, and enough of them hurt every other mailbox on the same domain. We ranked these tools on the things that change what lands in the inbox and what you pay:

  • Pricing transparency: is there a published plan with a price and a credit count?
  • What it does best: domain search, LinkedIn export, waterfall enrichment or bulk verification.
  • Data quality features: verification at find time, catch-all handling, bounce guarantees, and whether you pay for misses.
  • Integrations: CRM sync, sending tool integrations, API and Chrome extension.
  • Ease of setup: free plan or trial terms, and whether credits roll over.
  • Reviews: G2 star rating with the review count, because a 4.9 from 25 reviews tells you less than a 4.5 from 1,000.

Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked in November 2026. G2 blocked our checker, so ratings and counts come from G2's listing and comparison pages as indexed that month; counts move every week, so treat them as a snapshot. We didn't run a controlled accuracy test across all nine tools, so where a vendor makes an accuracy claim, we say it's the vendor's number.

The 9 best email finder tools

1. Prospeo: the best price per verified email

Prospeo is a search database and email finder focused on verified emails and mobiles. Its homepage claims 280M verified leads and companies and 98% data accuracy (the vendor's figure), and its pricing page says data is refreshed weekly. The billing rule is what matters for cold email: per Prospeo's credits article, you're only charged when a valid result comes back.

Pricing, from Prospeo pricing: Free is $0 with 100 credits a month. Starter is $49 per user a month ($37 billed yearly) for 2,000 credits a month. Growth is $99 ($74 yearly) for 5,000, and Pro is $249 ($187 yearly) for 15,000. A verified email is 1 credit and a mobile is 10, and unused credits roll over.

Best for: cold email teams that need a few thousand verified emails a month and want to know exactly what each one costs. On Growth, 5,000 emails for $99 is about $19.80 per 1,000.

Watch-outs: HubSpot and Salesforce sync start on Growth, not Starter, and the free plan caps row selection at 25. There's no sequencer, so you'll pair it with a sending tool.

G2: 4.6 out of 5 from more than 1,000 reviews on Prospeo on G2.

2. Findymail: the safest pick when bounces are the worry

Findymail looks up and verifies each address live when you ask for it, rather than serving it from a stored database. Its homepage says it checks syntax, spam traps, the SMTP handshake and catch-all deliverability, and that about 30% of B2B domains are catch-all. It tells you which catch-all addresses will land, which is where most bounces on a cold list come from.

Pricing, from Findymail pricing: the credit-based Starter plan is $99 a month for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits. An email is 1 credit and a phone is 10. Seat-based prospecting plans run $99 (1 seat), $399 (5 seats) and $999 (20 seats) a month. Every plan carries a guaranteed bounce rate under 5%, with credits refunded if you go over. Free accounts get 10 credits.

Best for: teams that already have lists from Sales Navigator, Clay or a CRM and need them completed and cleaned before sending. It integrates natively with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Instantly, lemlist and Smartlead, plus Zapier, Make and an API.

Watch-outs: no phone numbers for EU contacts, by Findymail's own GDPR policy. It isn't a deep search database, so you need a list source. The entry price is double Prospeo's Starter.

G2: 4.9 out of 5 from 57 reviews on Findymail on G2. The rating is the highest here; the review base is small.

3. Hunter: the default for finding emails by company domain

Hunter's Domain Search returns the email addresses it knows at a company's domain, and its Email Finder guesses and checks the address for a named person. It also has a verifier, a lead list, signals and a basic sequencer that sends from your own connected inboxes.

Pricing, from Hunter pricing: Free is $0 with 50 credits a month and 1 connected email account. Starter is $49 a month ($34 billed yearly, $408 a year) for 2,000 credits and 3 connected accounts. Growth is $149 ($104 yearly) for 10,000 credits. Scale is $299 ($209 yearly) for 25,000. One email found through Domain Search or Email Finder costs 1 credit, and a verification costs half a credit. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over, although yearly plans give you the whole year's credits up front.

Best for: founders and marketers who start from a list of company websites, and anyone who wants a generous free plan to test with. On Growth billed yearly, 10,000 credits a month for $104 is about $10.40 per 1,000.

Watch-outs: auto-verification and enrichment are paid features (Starter and up), and monthly credits disappear if you don't use them.

G2: 4.4 out of 5 from about 625 reviews on Hunter on G2.

4. FullEnrich: a waterfall across 25+ providers, built for mobiles

FullEnrich doesn't own a single database. It queries more than 25 data providers in sequence for each contact, stopping when it finds a verified work email or mobile. That's the same waterfall idea Clay uses, packaged as a simple upload or API.

Pricing, from FullEnrich pricing: the free trial gives 50 credits with no card. Pro starts at $55 a month for 1,000 credits, with a slider up past 100,000; the calculator showed 15,000 credits for $720 a month. A work email is 1 credit, a mobile is 10 and a personal email is 3. Unused credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on yearly. Every plan, including the trial, has unlimited users. The page has an annual toggle but showed no annual prices.

Best for: teams that call as well as email and want the best chance of a mobile number without stitching providers together themselves.

Watch-outs: for emails alone it's the priciest per result here, at about $55 per 1,000 on the entry plan and about $48 at 15,000 credits. You pay for coverage across providers, which matters most for phones.

G2: 4.8 out of 5 from about 217 reviews on FullEnrich on G2.

5. Wiza: unlimited emails from Sales Navigator on the yearly plan

Wiza works from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator: you run a search, click export, and get a list with work emails, phones and job details. Its homepage says each contact is verified against live sources the moment you request it, that you pay only for valid emails, and claims deliverability above 99% (Wiza's figure).

Pricing, from Wiza pricing, per user: Free gives 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers. Starter is $49 a month for 100 emails and 100 phones, with extra emails at $0.15 and phones at $0.35. Email is $99 a month for 500 emails. On yearly billing, Email is $990 a year ($83 a month) for unlimited email reveals and 2,500 exports a month, and Email + Phone is $1,990 a year with unlimited phones too. Team is custom and adds API access and CSV import.

Best for: SDRs who build lists in Sales Navigator every day. If one rep exports the full 2,500 a month on the $990 plan, that's about $33 per 1,000.

Watch-outs: monthly plans are expensive per email ($99 for 500 is about $198 per 1,000). API access and CSV import are only on the custom Team plan, and the pricing page doesn't name which CRMs it integrates with.

G2: 4.5 out of 5 from more than 1,150 reviews on Wiza on G2. Different G2 pages showed between 1,131 and 1,246.

6. Evaboot: the cleanest Sales Navigator export

Evaboot exports Sales Navigator searches to CSV, then cleans the data and finds and verifies emails. The cleaning is the reason to buy it: its homepage lists removing emojis, credentials like "PhD" and legal suffixes like "LTD," fixing capitalization, and flagging leads that don't match your filters with a reason (for example, "wrong title"). Results are labeled valid, catch-all or bounce.

Pricing, from Evaboot pricing, monthly only: Starter is $9 for 100 credits, Grow is $29 for 400, and Scale runs $49 for 1,000, $99 for 3,000, $149 for 6,000 and $299 for 15,000. Every plan includes unlimited seats and Sales Navigator accounts, the email finder and verifier, CRM sync, webhooks and an API. Unused credits roll over. One search exports up to 2,500 leads. No free trial is listed.

Best for: anyone who exports from Sales Navigator and then spends an hour cleaning the sheet by hand. The $9 plan is the cheapest way on this list to try a paid finder.

Watch-outs: an exported lead costs 1 credit even when no email is found. The standalone Email Finder only charges when it finds one, but on a Sales Navigator export your real cost per email depends on your hit rate. It's useful only if your lists come from Sales Navigator.

G2: not verified. Evaboot's homepage shows 4.6 stars, and third-party reviews cite 4.4 to 4.6 from 82 to 110+ reviews on Evaboot's G2 listing, but we couldn't load G2 to confirm.

7. Anymail Finder: pay only for verified emails, shared across the team

Anymail Finder finds a person's email, every email at a company (up to 20 per credit) or the decision maker for a role, and verifies each result before returning it. Its pricing page cites 86.4% verified coverage at 98.9% accuracy in a 14-tool benchmark it ran itself, and offers a 97%+ delivery guarantee, with bounced verified emails credited back after review.

Pricing, from Anymail Finder pricing: monthly plans run from $29 for 400 credits to $49 for 1,000, $149 for 5,000, $299 for 25,000 and $799 for 100,000. Yearly plans are billed upfront at 33% off, for example $384 for 12,000 credits. A found email is 1 credit, charged only if it's verified; a decision maker lookup is 2. Verifying an email from elsewhere is 0.2 credits. Re-running a search within 30 days is free. Credits roll over with no cap while you're subscribed, and the whole team shares one pool with no per-seat fee. Monthly plans have a 7-day trial with 100 credits; your card is checked but not charged.

Best for: teams that enrich large lists in bulk. At 25,000 credits for $299 it's about $12 per 1,000 verified emails, and because misses are free and credits never expire while you're subscribed, that's close to what you actually pay.

Watch-outs: the plan starts automatically after the 7-day trial unless you cancel. The accuracy figures come from Anymail Finder's own benchmark. Its G2 profile has very few reviews and is flagged as inactive, so lean on the trial rather than ratings.

G2: 3.4 out of 5 from 5 reviews on Anymail Finder on G2, too few to mean much. Capterra shows 4.3 from 27.

8. Tomba: Hunter-style domain search for less

Tomba does what Hunter made popular: domain search, a person finder, a verifier, browser extensions and an API, plus a phone finder on every paid plan. It's priced lower than Hunter at the entry level and doesn't charge when a search comes back empty.

Pricing, from Tomba pricing: Free gives 25 searches every 30 days, no verifications and domain search capped at 10 results. Basic is $49 a month ($37 billed yearly) for 2,500 searches and 2,500 verifications. Growth is $89 ($67 yearly) for 5,000 of each, Pro is $199 ($149 yearly) for 20,000, and Pro Plus is $449 ($337 yearly) for 50,000. Domain search costs 1 credit per 10 results, and a phone lookup costs 5. Each plan also has per-second and daily rate limits (500 finder lookups a day on Basic).

Best for: budget-conscious teams that work from company domains. Growth's 5,000 searches plus 5,000 separate verifications for $89 is good value, about $17.80 per 1,000.

Watch-outs: the daily caps on Basic (500) and Growth (1,000) slow down big one-off enrichments. With 25 G2 reviews, there's little outside evidence on accuracy.

G2: 4.7 out of 5 from 25 reviews on Tomba on G2.

9. Snov.io: finder, verifier and sequencer in one cheap login

Snov.io bundles an email finder and verifier with a cold email sequencer, inbox warmup and a light CRM. It's the only tool here that also sends, so a small team can find, verify and email from one account.

Pricing, from Snov.io pricing: the free plan renews every 30 days with 50 credits and 100 recipients, but excludes export, bulk search and integrations. Starter is $39 a month ($29.25 yearly) for 1,000 credits, 5,000 recipients and 3 warmup accounts. Pro S is $99 ($74.25 yearly) for 5,000 credits, 25,000 recipients and unlimited warmup. Pro M is $189 for 20,000 credits. Each prospect and each verification costs 1 credit. LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per slot extra.

Best for: founders who want one cheap tool that finds emails and sends a basic sequence.

Watch-outs: monthly credits expire after 30 days unless you're on yearly billing or have plan renewal on. The free plan can't export, which limits how far you can test. As a finder alone, Prospeo and Tomba give more per dollar.

G2: 4.5 out of 5 from about 496 reviews on Snov.io on G2.

What 5,000 verified emails a month really costs

Credit counts aren't comparable until you check what a credit buys and whether a miss costs anything. Here's what roughly 5,000 emails a month costs on each tool's published monthly price:

  • Tomba Growth: $89 for 5,000 searches plus 5,000 verifications. Empty searches are free.
  • Prospeo Growth: $99 for 5,000 credits, charged only on valid results, with rollover.
  • Findymail Starter: $99 for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, with the under-5% bounce guarantee.
  • Snov.io Pro S: $99 for 5,000 credits, but verifying each found email also costs a credit.
  • Anymail Finder: $149 for 5,000 credits, charged only for verified emails, shared across unlimited users.
  • Hunter Growth: $149 for 10,000 credits, enough for 5,000 finds plus verifying them at half a credit each.
  • Evaboot Scale: $149 for 6,000 credits, but exported leads with no email still cost a credit.
  • FullEnrich Pro: about $275 at its entry rate of $55 per 1,000 credits.
  • Wiza: $990 a year for unlimited emails, capped at 2,500 exports a month per user, so two seats cost $1,980 a year.

On results, data quality decides more than the tool's interface. In our own sending, strong account signals produce about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails, generic targeting closer to 1 per 200, and poor targeting about 1 per 500. The finder gets the email right; picking accounts with a reason to buy now is what moves the meeting rate. Our cold email statistics break down reply rates by title and company size, and our glossary entry on B2B buying signals explains how to pick accounts by timing.

How to choose an email finder

  • Start from where your lists come from. Company domains point to Hunter or Tomba. Sales Navigator points to Wiza or Evaboot. An existing CRM or Clay table points to Findymail, Prospeo or FullEnrich.
  • Check whether misses cost you. Prospeo, Anymail Finder, Tomba and Hunter's finder only charge for results. Evaboot charges per exported lead whether or not it finds an email.
  • Check whether credits roll over. Prospeo, Anymail Finder and Evaboot roll them over, and FullEnrich keeps them 3 to 12 months. Hunter's and Snov.io's monthly credits expire.
  • Test catch-all handling on your own list. About 30% of B2B domains are catch-all, per Findymail. Run the same 200 contacts through two tools, send to them, and compare bounce rates. Keep bounces under 2% to protect your domains.
  • Price phones separately. A mobile costs 10 credits on Prospeo, Findymail and FullEnrich, and Wiza charges $0.35 each outside its phone plans.
  • If you need a full database rather than a finder, our ranking of the best B2B data providers compares Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay and others.

When to hire an agency instead

An email finder fills in addresses. It doesn't decide which accounts deserve an email this week, set up and warm the sending domains, or write the first line. If no one on your team owns that, the exports sit in a folder.

That's the gap a cold email agency fills. IntentSignal runs cold email for US B2B companies with $10K+ contract values, from $2,999 a month, month to month. We source and verify the data ourselves, build AI research agents for each client, and clients own every sending domain and mailbox we build. Route got 117 opportunities in one month with us; Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months.

We're email-led. If your buyers mostly answer the phone, a phone-first agency fits better, and our cold email agency rankings show the options. Weighing specific agencies? See our Belkins alternatives and CIENCE alternatives breakdowns.

Book a campaign plan call and we'll show you the accounts and angles we'd start with, or tell you to stick with a tool.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best email finder tool in 2026?

For most cold email teams, Prospeo: 2,000 verified emails a month for $49 ($37 billed yearly), charged only when a valid email comes back, with rollover and 4.6 stars from more than 1,000 G2 reviews. Pick Findymail if you want a written bounce guarantee, and Hunter if you work from company domains.

Which email finder is the most accurate?

We didn't run a controlled test across all nine, and every accuracy figure on these sites is the vendor's own. Findymail is the only one here that guarantees a bounce rate (under 5%, with credits refunded), and Anymail Finder credits back bounced verified emails after review. The reliable way to judge is to run the same list through two tools and compare bounces.

Is there a free email finder?

Several have free plans: Prospeo gives 100 credits a month, Hunter 50, Snov.io 50 (without export), Tomba 25 searches and Wiza 20 emails. FullEnrich gives 50 credits once and Findymail 10. Anymail Finder has a 7-day trial with 100 credits.

Is Hunter or Tomba better?

They do the same job. Hunter has far more G2 reviews (about 625 against 25) and a free plan with 50 credits a month. Tomba is cheaper per lookup: Growth gives 5,000 searches plus 5,000 separate verifications for $89, against Hunter Growth's 10,000 shared credits for $149.

What is the best email finder for LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Wiza if you export a lot: its $990 yearly plan gives unlimited email reveals and 2,500 exports a month. Evaboot if you want the export cleaned and checked against your filters, from $9 a month. Note that Evaboot charges a credit per exported lead even if no email is found.

Do email finders also give phone numbers?

Most do, at a higher price. A mobile costs 10 credits on Prospeo, Findymail and FullEnrich, 5 on Tomba, and $0.35 on Wiza outside its phone plans. FullEnrich checks the most sources for phones. Findymail doesn't return EU phone numbers.

Should I buy an email finder or hire an agency?

Buy a finder if someone on your team will build lists, write copy and manage deliverability every week. Hire an agency if you have a sales team to take meetings but no one to run outbound. Finders cost $30 to $150 a month for most teams; an agency includes the data and the labor.
