Quick answer: which outsourced SDR company fits you
You don't actually want seats, you want meetings from cold email, and you sell a $10K+ contract: IntentSignal, from $2,999 a month, month to month.
You want US reps on the phone and the clearest price list in the category: SalesRoads, at $11,950 per 4-week cycle for one dedicated SDR, cancel anytime.
You sell enterprise tech or cybersecurity and want reps trained like an in-house hire, with an option to hire them later: memoryBlue, priced on request.
You want high daily call volume and the strongest review record: LevelUp Leads, from $5,000 a month after a 3-month initial term.
You want the cheapest seat you can add or drop each month: CIENCE, where one offshore SDR plus the required team and platform fees lists at $4,249 a month before setup and bonus.
You want senior multichannel SDRs and can commit to a 3 to 4 month pilot: Martal Group.
You sell into several countries or languages at once: Callbox, at an estimated $6,667 a month per pod.
You sell to trades and local service businesses: Abstrakt Marketing Group, at about $5,000 to $7,000 a month for outbound.
If you're pricing SDR seats mainly to get meetings on your AEs' calendars, book a campaign plan call and we'll show you what an email-led program would look like next to the seat quote you have.
How we ranked them
Outsourced SDR companies sell you a rep's time, usually by the month and usually with a minimum. So we ranked on the things that decide what a seat really costs you:
Pricing transparency: is a dollar price on the vendor's own site, or only in third-party reviews?
Minimum term: what you are committed to before you can walk away, including pilots and prepaid billing.
Who owns the domains and data: whether the vendor says, in public, what you keep when you cancel.
Channel fit: an SDR seat should mean live calling plus email at minimum, since that is what you are paying a person for.
Proof: named clients and review counts on Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot. A 4.9 from 69 reviews tells you more than a 5.0 from 2.
Specialization: whether the team is built for a type of buyer (enterprise tech, trades, multi-region) or sells the same seat to everyone.
Prices were checked on vendor sites, Clutch and Trustpilot between October 29 and October 30, 2026. "Reported" means a third party published the number and the vendor hasn't confirmed it.

Route, Gainsight and Upside run on it
The 10 best outsourced SDR companies
1. IntentSignal: best if you want booked meetings, not a rented rep
IntentSignal doesn't rent SDR seats. It's first on this list because most teams pricing SDR seats are really buying meetings, and for that job an email-led program costs less per year than any seat here. We are a B2B cold email agency for US companies with $10K+ contract values and a sales team ready to take meetings. Instead of renting you a rep, we build custom AI agents in-house for each client. They research every target account, write outreach around what is happening at that company, and book meetings onto your reps' calendars. New campaign angles are tested daily.
Pricing: programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, as a retainer with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. You own every sending domain and mailbox we build, in writing, including after the engagement ends. The two co-founders, Andrew Elsakr and Kyle Rasmussen, run every account personally.
Results we can cite: Route got 117 opportunities in one month and $42M in ARR pipeline over three quarters. Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months, after we tested 70 experimental campaigns over 11 weeks and scaled the 5 winners. Upside booked meetings with leaders at 6.5% of all US restaurant locations in one quarter.
When a seat fits better: if your buyers only respond to the phone and you want someone dialing all day, a seat from SalesRoads (#2) or LevelUp Leads (#4) will serve you better. We don't quote review-site ratings for ourselves here, so judge us on the named results above.
2. SalesRoads: US phone-first SDRs with a public price ladder
SalesRoads has run US-based outbound SDR teams from Boca Raton, Florida since 2007. Each program gets dedicated SDRs who are never shared across accounts, a client strategist, an SDR performance coach, an optimization specialist and a research team that supplies 500 prospect records per SDR per month. Channels are outbound calling and personalized email. There's no LinkedIn program.
Pricing is on its pricing page, billed per 4-week engagement: $11,950 for one SDR, $16,750 for two, $23,500 for three, and down to $7,192 per SDR at six ($43,150). The page says "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." Teams launch 15 business days after kickoff and start calling on day 16.
Best for: B2B companies whose buyers still pick up the phone and who want US reps with a coach watching the calls. Its about page names Microsoft and Paylocity as clients.
Watch-outs: 4-week billing means 13 invoices a year, so one SDR costs $155,350 a year, not $143,400. The single-seat price is high, and the discount only kicks in when you add reps. Clutch reviewers mention reporting clarity, a rough onboarding and SDR turnover. The site lists "multiple domains and mailboxes" but doesn't say who owns them after you cancel. More detail on our SalesRoads pricing breakdown.
Proof: Clutch 4.9 from 69 reviews (minimum project $10,000+), G2 4.9 from 13. It is the top seat-based pick because it is the only seat-based firm here that publishes a full price ladder and a cancel-anytime term on its own site.
3. memoryBlue: coached SDRs for enterprise tech, with a path to hire them
memoryBlue has been in business for 20+ years and acquired London-based Operatix in 2023. It places outsourced SDRs, ADRs and AEs with B2B tech and professional-services firms, with logos on its homepage including CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, Wiz and Zoom. Every rep passes a 12-step hiring process and a 6-week in-house academy before touching a client account. Clients can also hire those reps onto their own team through an audition-to-hire model.
Pricing isn't public; the site offers a cost calculator instead. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project, with most projects between $10,000 and $49,000. Competitor blogs report $7,000 to $12,000 per SDR per month with a 6-month minimum, and Belkins says from $11,000 a month with a 6-month pilot paid upfront.
Best for: funded tech and cybersecurity companies selling a complex product who want SDRs that look like their own hires, and might want to keep them.
Watch-outs: likely the highest spend per seat in this list, and a slow start. A third party puts month-1 output at 2 to 5 appointments, rising to 10 to 12 a month by month 4. Clutch reviewers flag team turnover and cost, which is its lowest-rated category at 4.4. Our memoryBlue vs SalesHive comparison sets it against a cheaper seat.
Proof: G2 4.6 from 297 reviews, the largest G2 count among the seat-based firms here, and Clutch 4.7 from 23.
4. LevelUp Leads: high-volume calling seats with near-perfect reviews
LevelUp Leads, founded in 2021 and based in Laguna Beach, California, sells full and fractional SDRs. Its packages page spells out the work: the Full-Service SDR package lists 300+ calls and 230+ emails per business day plus one LinkedIn profile, the Fractional SDR package 150+ calls and 180+ emails, and the Growth package 700+ calls a day with two LinkedIn profiles. There are also calling-only versions of each.
Pricing starts at $5,000 a month, custom-quoted. There's an initial 3-month commitment, then month to month. Billing is prepaid monthly, there's no onboarding charge, and billing starts when the first campaign launches, typically 7 to 10 days after the onboarding call.
Best for: buyers who want a lot of dials and a published activity floor they can audit.
Watch-outs: the 3-month commitment means at least $15,000 before you can leave. Clutch reviewers ask for deeper reporting and dial-level visibility, and one mentions coaching SDRs on messaging more than once. Ownership of sending infrastructure isn't stated.
Proof: Clutch 5.0 from 61 reviews, G2 about 4.8 to 4.9. Named case studies include Vodafone, CallTower and Corevest.
5. CIENCE: the cheapest seat, sold month to month
CIENCE, founded in 2015 in Denver and now the services arm of graph8, sells SDR seats as parts you add up. Its pricing page lists a $2,000 monthly campaign team, a $499 monthly graph8 platform with 75,000 credits, and SDRs from $1,750 a month offshore or $3,500 a month in the US or Europe. A performance bonus is paid per SDR once held meetings pass 60% of target, there's a one-time setup fee with no amount listed, and it goes live in under 14 days.
So one offshore SDR is $4,249 a month and one US SDR is $5,999, both before setup and bonus. CIENCE's own example is five offshore SDRs at $11,249 a month. You can add or remove SDRs month to month.
Best for: teams that want to scale seat count up and down without a hiring process, and that will accept offshore reps to keep the price down. CIENCE measures SDRs against held meetings, which is the right unit.
Watch-outs: the weakest review record of the large firms here, with G2 3.7 from 181 and Clutch 4.2 from 142. Complaints include months with zero meetings, turnover and trouble getting refunds. The bonus formula uses a "base" the page doesn't define, and an August 2026 version of the page listed a $5,000 setup fee and different SDR tiers. See our CIENCE pricing page for the bonus math.
Proof: plenty of reviews (142 on Clutch, 181 on G2), with middling scores.
6. Martal Group: senior SDRs after a paid pilot
Martal Group, founded in 2009 in Oakville, Canada, with offices in San Francisco and Uniondale, New York, provides outsourced senior SDRs across cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling. Each rep gets a custom sending domain.
Dollar prices aren't public. Martal sells flat monthly tiers, and Tiers 2 and 3 add an undisclosed sales commission. Third parties report $4,500 to $6,195+ a month for the outbound tier (Belkins' blog) and $5,000 to $9,000 a month typically (LeadHaste). The pilot is the real minimum: 3 months on Tier 1A and 4 months on Tiers 2 and 3, then monthly.
Best for: buyers who want experienced reps on email, LinkedIn and phone together and are fine with a fixed trial before deciding.
Watch-outs: a commission on top of the fee makes year-one cost hard to predict. Reviewers want more self-serve reporting and mention 2 to 3 weeks of calibration and some out-of-ICP meetings. Who keeps the sending domains at the end isn't stated.
Proof: Clutch 4.8 from 109 reviews (cost is its lowest sub-score at 4.6) and G2 4.6 from 135. Named clients include Bosch and Zoho.
7. Callbox: SDR pods across regions and languages
Callbox, founded in 2004 in Encino, California, with offices in Singapore, Australia, Colombia and London, sells campaign pods: a dedicated SDR, a multichannel cadence (phone, email, LinkedIn, chat, SMS), contact data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting. Its pricing page estimates $6,667 a month per pod, and its FAQ says clients spend $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter.
Best for: companies running outbound in several regions or languages at once, especially APAC, where most US-focused SDR firms have no coverage.
Watch-outs: contract length isn't published, and third parties report 3 to 12 month minimums with 12 months common. Each region or language tends to mean another pod. Clutch reviewers note weaker results in non-English markets and shallow reporting.
Proof: Clutch 4.6 from 128 reviews, G2 4.5 from 91. Clutch reviewers include Cepheid and Quadient.
8. Belkins: appointment targets rather than seats
Belkins, founded in 2017, sells outbound by yearly appointment target, not by SDR head. Its pricing page lists Small Business (30+ appointments a year, email and LinkedIn only, run by partner agencies), Growth (100+), Growth Plus (200+, all channels including cold calling, ABM, paid ads and webinars) and Enterprise. No dollar prices are listed.
Third parties report $5,000 to $14,800+ a month plus a $2,000 to $5,000 setup fee and a 3 to 6 month minimum. At the low end, Growth works out to $62,000 for 100 appointments in year one, or $620 each.
Best for: buyers who want one retainer to cover email, LinkedIn, calling and ABM and care more about appointment count than about who is dialing.
Watch-outs: you are not buying a dedicated SDR. Reviewers say Belkins reports booked rather than held meetings and that results take 60 to 90 days. Domain ownership isn't published.
Proof: Clutch 4.9 from 234 reviews, the most of any firm here, and G2 4.7 from 95. Named clients include GE, NVIDIA and Autodesk.
9. SalesHive: low-commitment seats, weak public reviews
SalesHive, founded in 2016 and remote-first, offers US-based or offshore SDRs on three plans listed on its pricing page: Starter (one SDR, phone only, 100+ touches a day), Growth (one SDR, phone and email, 250+) and Crush (two SDRs, 500+). Every plan is custom-quoted as one flat monthly fee with no setup fee, and you pay $0 until you approve the playbook for launch, typically about three weeks after kickoff.
Terms are month to month (written notice, with billing ending at the end of the next billing month) or annual at a lower rate. A third party reports US tiers around $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000 a month and about $4,000 offshore. SalesHive states it does not guarantee a number of meetings.
Best for: a buyer who wants a phone-only seat on short notice and can monitor activity closely.
Watch-outs: the review record. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 35 reviews with 37% at 1 star, citing billing after cancellation, refused refunds and a "dedicated" SDR that wasn't defined in the contract. Clutch has a single 0.5 review. SalesHive replies to many of these and disputes them, but it is the pattern to ask about before signing.
Proof: no named clients found on its site.
10. Abstrakt Marketing Group: SDRs for trades and service businesses
Abstrakt, founded in 2009 in St. Louis, sells outbound appointment setting and outsourced SDRs (phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail) mostly to US trade and service companies: HVAC, MSPs, roofing, construction, solar and manufacturing. Its homepage gives outbound at about $5,000 to $7,000 a month and includes exclusive territories and a dedicated team.
Abstrakt sells "guaranteed appointments" that must meet criteria agreed before launch. A third party reports that if the annual goal is missed, Abstrakt works free until it is met, and that its qualified-meeting definition doesn't require the prospect to show up.
Best for: local and regional service businesses selling to other businesses, where most SaaS-focused SDR firms are a poor fit.
Watch-outs: contract length isn't published. Trustpilot reviewers say unqualified or no-show appointments counted toward the SLA and that promised volumes didn't arrive, and Clutch reviewers mention rep turnover.
Proof: Clutch 4.6 from 44 reviews, Trustpilot 4.0 from 53 (19% at 1 star).
What an SDR really costs: in-house vs outsourced seat vs email-led agency
The usual pitch for outsourced SDRs is that an in-house rep costs more than the salary, and the numbers back that up. The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR report puts median SDR on-target earnings at $80,000 ($55,000 base, $25,000 variable), average ramp at 3.0 months, average tenure at 1.9 years, and the median quota at 10 held meetings a month. Only 60% of SDRs hit quota. The Bureau of Labor Statistics says benefits make up 30.0% of employer compensation costs in private industry (June 2026).
In-house SDR, loaded: $80,000 OTE divided by 0.70 = $114,286 a year in pay and benefits, before tools, recruiting and a manager's time.
Meetings in year one at quota: 9 months after ramp x 10 = 90 held meetings, so about $1,270 per meeting. That assumes the rep hits quota, which 40% don't, and then you re-hire and re-ramp in under two years on average.
CIENCE, 1 offshore seat: $4,249 x 12 = $50,988, plus setup and bonus. One US seat: $5,999 x 12 = $71,988, plus setup and bonus.
LevelUp Leads entry seat: $5,000 x 12 = $60,000 or more.
SalesRoads, 1 SDR: $11,950 x 13 cycles = $155,350.
memoryBlue, reported: $7,000 to $12,000 x 12 = $84,000 to $144,000 per SDR.
IntentSignal entry program: $2,999 x 12 = $35,988.
IntentSignal entry | $35,988 | Not a seat; see break-even below |
|---|---|---|
Option | Year-one cost | Cost per meeting at 10 a month* |
In-house SDR (OTE plus benefits) | $114,286+ | $1,270 (90 meetings) |
SalesRoads, 1 SDR | $155,350 | $1,412 (110 meetings) |
CIENCE, 1 US SDR | $71,988+ | $654 (110 meetings) |
CIENCE, 1 offshore SDR | $50,988+ | $464 (110 meetings) |
*Illustration only. We applied Bridge Group's median in-house quota of 10 held meetings a month to every option so the costs are comparable. Outsourced seats get 11 productive months because SalesRoads and CIENCE launch in about 3 weeks or less. No vendor promises these numbers; ask each one for its actual month-3 figures.
For the email-led option, the useful number is break-even. At $35,988 a year, IntentSignal matches the in-house cost per meeting at about 28 held meetings a year (under 3 a month), and the cheapest offshore CIENCE seat at about 78 a year (about 6.5 a month). Ask any agency, us included, what clients with your deal size booked by month 3, and divide.
How to choose an outsourced SDR company
If your buyers expect a phone call and you need it to start this month, buy a seat. SalesRoads (cancel anytime) or CIENCE (month to month) let you test without a long lock-in.
If you sell into enterprise tech and the SDR may become a hire, memoryBlue's academy and audition-to-hire model are worth the higher price and longer term.
If the activity floor matters to you, LevelUp Leads publishes daily call and email counts per package, so you can check them against reports.
If you mostly need meetings and your team can run them, compare the seat's cost per held meeting with an email-led program. At a $10K+ contract value, the cheaper unit usually wins. Our ranking of the best cold email agencies covers that side.
If you'd pay $155,350 a year for one outsourced US rep, check that against $114,286 for your own rep in pay and benefits. What the outsourced seat buys there is speed and no hiring risk; it costs more.
Questions to ask before you sign
Is my SDR dedicated, and is that word defined in the contract? SalesRoads says its reps are never shared; SalesHive reviewers say theirs were.
What counts as a meeting: booked or held? What happens to no-shows?
What is the real minimum, counting pilots, prepaid months and notice periods?
Who owns the sending domains, mailboxes, call recordings and lists after we cancel? None of the seat-based firms above publish this.
What happens when my SDR quits? Who trains the replacement, and do I pay during the gap?
Is there a setup fee, a performance bonus or a commission on top of the seat price, and how is each calculated?
Who is responsible if a campaign breaks anti-spam law, and does the contract say so? See our guide to whether cold email is legal under CAN-SPAM.
Where IntentSignal fits
We fit teams that went looking for SDR seats but really want booked meetings from cold email, sell a $10K+ contract and have reps ready to take the calls. If you need someone dialing all day, pick SalesRoads or LevelUp Leads instead. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, and you keep the domains.
If that sounds like you, book a campaign plan call and bring the seat quote you're comparing.
Frequently asked questions
What is an outsourced SDR company?
A firm that rents you sales development reps who prospect for your company, usually by phone and email, and book meetings for your account executives. You pay per seat per month, often with a minimum term, instead of hiring and managing the rep yourself.
How much does an outsourced SDR cost?
Published prices in October 2026 run from $4,249 a month for one offshore CIENCE SDR (including its required team and platform fees, before setup and bonus) to $11,950 per 4-week cycle for one US SalesRoads SDR. LevelUp Leads starts at $5,000 a month, and memoryBlue is reported at $7,000 to $12,000 per SDR.
Is SDR as a service cheaper than hiring an SDR?
Sometimes. A US in-house SDR at Bridge Group's $80,000 median OTE costs about $114,286 a year with benefits, before tools and management. Offshore or US seats at CIENCE cost less than that; one SalesRoads US seat costs more. The real gain is speed: outsourced seats launch in roughly 1 to 3 weeks (LevelUp says 7 to 10 days after onboarding, SalesRoads 15 business days), while an in-house hire needs recruiting plus about 3 months of ramp.
What minimum contract do outsourced SDR companies require?
It varies. SalesRoads says cancel anytime, CIENCE and SalesHive offer month to month, LevelUp Leads requires 3 months, Martal runs a 3 to 4 month pilot, and memoryBlue is reported at 6 months.
Which outsourced SDR companies have the best reviews?
On Clutch, LevelUp Leads has 5.0 from 61 reviews, SalesRoads 4.9 from 69 and Belkins 4.9 from 234. On G2, memoryBlue has 4.6 from 297. CIENCE (G2 3.7 from 181) and SalesHive (Trustpilot 3.5 from 35) have the weakest records.
Should I outsource SDRs or use a cold email agency?
Rent SDR seats if your buyers need a phone call or you want a person who may later join your team. Use an email-led agency if you mainly need meetings and sell a contract large enough that a few meetings a month cover the fee.
