SalesRoads Pricing (2026): Real Year-One Cost and Cost per Meeting

SalesRoads costs $11,950 per 4-week engagement for one SDR, falling to $7,192 per SDR when you buy six, with no long-term commitment. Because it bills every 4 weeks rather than every month, you pay 13 times a year, so one SDR costs $155,350 in a full year, not $143,400. We pulled every number on this page from the SalesRoads pricing page in October 2026 and show the math behind each total. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source.

SalesRoads Pricing (2026): Real Year-One Cost and Cost per Meeting

Quick answer

  • List price: $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 SDR; $16,750 for 2; $23,500 for 3; $30,150 for 4; $36,700 for 5; $43,150 for 6.
  • Billing: per 4-week engagement, which means 13 invoices a year. One SDR is $155,350 a year, or about $12,946 per calendar month.
  • Terms: no long-term commitment, cancel anytime. No setup fee is listed. Launch takes 15 business days and calling starts on day 16.
  • Cost per meeting: about $747 to $1,494 per meeting for one SDR at steady state, depending on whether the rep books 16 or 8 meetings a cycle. Six SDRs bring that down to about $449 to $899.
  • The price went up: most review sites still quote $9,950. The $2,000 increase per cycle adds $26,000 a year for one SDR.

SalesRoads price list

These are the published prices from the SalesRoads pricing page. The page has a slider that goes up to 12 SDRs but only publishes figures for 1 to 6. The annual and monthly-equivalent columns are our math (price x 13 cycles, then divided by 12 months).

SDRsPer 4 weeksPer SDRPer year (x 13)Per calendar month
1$11,950$11,950$155,350$12,946
2$16,750$8,375$217,750$18,146
3$23,500$7,833$305,500$25,458
4$30,150$7,538$391,950$32,663
5$36,700$7,340$477,100$39,758
6$43,150$7,192$560,950$46,746

The volume discount is steep. The second SDR adds only $4,800 per cycle, and SalesRoads says the per-rep price is 30% lower at two SDRs and 40% lower at six. If you are sure you want a phone program, a 2-SDR team ($8,375 per rep) is much better value than a single rep.

The 4-week billing catch: 13 invoices a year

Most buyers read $11,950 as a monthly price and budget $143,400 a year (12 x $11,950). That is wrong by one invoice. A 4-week engagement is 28 days, and 52 weeks divided by 4 is 13. So you receive 13 invoices in a year:

  • 1 SDR: 13 x $11,950 = $155,350, which is $11,950 more than the 12-invoice estimate.
  • 2 SDRs: 13 x $16,750 = $217,750, which is $16,750 more.
  • 6 SDRs: 13 x $43,150 = $560,950, which is $43,150 more.

SalesRoads isn't hiding this. Its own 'annual savings' column uses 13 cycles: the $92,950 it shows for two SDRs is ($23,900 for two single-SDR programs minus $16,750) x 13. But if your budget is set in months, convert first. The true monthly-equivalent cost of one SDR is $155,350 / 12 = about $12,946, roughly 8% above the sticker.

What the price includes

Per the pricing page, every program includes:

  • Dedicated SDRs, never shared across accounts. SalesRoads' homepage says its reps have 5 to 10 years of industry experience and get '3x industry standard training'.
  • A support team: client strategist, SDR performance coach, research and data team, and an optimization specialist.
  • Bespoke prospect data: 500 records per SDR per month.
  • Outbound calling and personalized email prospecting.
  • Email deliverability infrastructure with multiple domains and mailboxes (number not stated).
  • CRM integration and a live performance dashboard.

Not included by default: inbound appointment setting and account reactivation are optional add-ons with no published price. LinkedIn outreach isn't listed at all. Some third-party pages mention a fractional SDR option, but the official pricing page shows none, so treat it as something to ask about rather than a price you can count on.

Contract terms

  • Commitment: 'No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.' Neither the pricing page nor the about page states a notice period, so confirm whether cancelling mid-cycle stops the next invoice or the current one.
  • Setup fee: none listed.
  • Onboarding: week 1 strategy and playbook design, week 2 CRM setup and prospect list, week 3 live SDR training and roleplay. Calling starts on business day 16.
  • Evaluation window: the pricing FAQ recommends a 12-week 'go-to-market lab' before judging results. It is a recommendation, not a requirement, but 12 weeks is three cycles, or $35,850 for one SDR.
  • Scaling: you can change the SDR count after launch. No fees or terms are published for that.
  • Guarantee: none published. Older reviews mention a satisfaction guarantee, but the current site says only 'cancel anytime'.

Cost per meeting: 1, 2 and 6 SDRs

SalesRoads doesn't publish meetings per SDR, so we modeled three outcomes per SDR per 4-week cycle: 8 meetings (2 a week), 12 (3 a week) and 16 (4 a week). The top case matches SalesRoads' own client claim that each SDR generated 4 appointments a week for Agility Recovery; treat that as a good result, not an average.

TeamPrice per cycle8 per SDR12 per SDR16 per SDR
1 SDR$11,950$1,494 (8 mtgs)$996 (12 mtgs)$747 (16 mtgs)
2 SDRs$16,750$1,047 (16 mtgs)$698 (24 mtgs)$523 (32 mtgs)
6 SDRs$43,150$899 (48 mtgs)$599 (72 mtgs)$449 (96 mtgs)

Math: price per cycle divided by total meetings in that cycle. For example, 2 SDRs at 12 meetings each is $16,750 / 24 = $698 per meeting.

Year-one totals with ramp

Year one is more expensive per meeting than steady state. Calling starts on day 16, so if billing starts at kickoff, about three-quarters of the first cycle ($8,963 for one SDR) pays for setup. Reps then need time to learn your pitch. Our assumption: the first two cycles together produce one cycle's worth of meetings, so year one gets 12 productive cycles out of 13 paid.

TeamYear-one costMeetings at 12 per SDRCost per meeting
1 SDR$155,350144 (12 x 12)$1,079
2 SDRs$217,750288 (24 x 12)$756
6 SDRs$560,950864 (72 x 12)$649

At the low case (8 meetings per SDR per cycle), one SDR's year-one cost per meeting is $155,350 / 96 = $1,618. At the high case (16), it is $155,350 / 192 = $809. Work out what a meeting is worth to you (close rate x average deal size) before you sign. If your ceiling is $1,000 per meeting, one SDR needs 12 meetings every cycle just to break even.

Costs that aren't on the price list

  • A rep booking 12 meetings a cycle needs about 3 hours a week of your team's time just to take the calls, before follow-ups.
  • You may not keep the infrastructure. SalesRoads builds the domains and mailboxes, but its site doesn't say who owns them after you cancel. Salesforge's review reports the playbook stays with SalesRoads. If you leave, you may start from zero.
  • Inbound setting and reactivation add-ons have no published price.
  • The price can change. The 1-SDR price rose from $9,950 to $11,950 between August and October 2026, per Salesforge's earlier figure. Ask whether your rate is locked for a set term.

How to negotiate SalesRoads pricing

  1. Ask for monthly billing instead of 4-week cycles. Even at the same rate, 12 invoices instead of 13 saves one invoice a year ($11,950 for one SDR).
  2. Ask for billing to start on day 16, when calling starts, rather than at kickoff.
  3. Start at 2 SDRs if you can. The per-rep price drops from $11,950 to $8,375, and you get a fairer test of the channel.
  4. Get domain, mailbox and list ownership in writing before signing.
  5. Agree what counts as an appointment (title, company size, held vs booked) and a review point at the end of the 12-week lab.

Cheaper options if you don't need SalesRoads' model

OptionEntry priceYear one at entryTerms
SalesRoads, 1 SDR$11,950 per 4 weeks$155,350Cancel anytime
Callbox, 1 podAbout $6,667/mo (estimate)$80,004Not published

LevelUp LeadsFrom $5,000/mo$60,000+3 months, then monthly
IntentSignalFrom $2,999/mo$35,988Month to month

Callbox's figure comes from its pricing page, which says exact pricing follows a consultation. CIENCE's is $2,000 team + $499 platform + $3,500 US SDR from its pricing page; an offshore SDR is $1,750. LevelUp Leads publishes a starting price on its packages page. We compare all of them on our SalesRoads alternatives page, and go head to head in SalesRoads vs Callbox and SalesRoads vs LevelUp Leads.

When SalesRoads is worth the price

SalesRoads earns its price when calling is the channel that works. It has a 4.9 rating on Clutch from 69 reviews and 4.9 on G2 from 13, and reviewers praise communication and data-driven iteration. If your buyers answer the phone, your deals are large enough that $700 to $1,000 per meeting pays back, and you want experienced reps without a 3- to 6-month lock-in, it is a reasonable buy. Clutch lists its minimum project at $10,000+, which matches a buyer who can commit to at least one full cycle and ideally the 12-week lab.

Where IntentSignal fits

We're a B2B cold email agency, not a phone shop, so we only make sense if your buyers respond to email. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, billed monthly. You own every domain and mailbox we build, in writing. On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails, closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting. Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months; we tested 70 experimental campaigns over 11 weeks and scaled the 5 winners. If calling is what your market needs, we'll tell you. Questions to ask SalesRoads before signing

  1. Does the first invoice cover the 15-day setup, and when does the second invoice fall?
  2. How many meetings per SDR per cycle do clients at our deal size average by cycle 3?
  3. Who owns the domains, mailboxes, call recordings and prospect lists if we cancel?
  4. What is the notice period to cancel, and is a partial cycle refunded?
  5. What do inbound setting and reactivation cost if we add them later?
