memoryBlue Alternatives: 8 Agencies Compared (2026)
The best memoryBlue alternative depends on what you're replacing. For the same US phone-SDR model with a published price and no long commitment, look at SalesRoads. For lower cost, SalesHive or CIENCE. For senior reps on a shorter pilot, Martal. If you mainly need meetings and not phone reps, an email-first agency like IntentSignal costs less than one SDR seat. memoryBlue doesn't publish prices or terms. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum, and competitors report $7,000 to $12,000 per SDR a month with a 6-month minimum. Below we compare eight alternatives on price, terms, channels and reviews, with every competitor figure linked to its source.

Quick answer
- SalesRoads runs the same US phone-team model with a published price ($11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR) and lets you cancel anytime.
- SalesHive offers phone-led SDRs month to month at a lower reported price (about $5,000 to $12,000 a month US, about $4,000 offshore).
- LevelUp Leads covers calling, email and LinkedIn with the best Clutch rating here, from $5,000 a month after a 3-month initial term.
- Martal Group has senior SDRs on a 3 or 4 month pilot, shorter than memoryBlue's reported 6 months.
- Callbox covers multiple regions including APAC, at $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter per its own FAQ.
- IntentSignal books meetings from cold email instead of calls, from $2,999 a month, month to month, which is less than one SDR seat.
- You have a rep with time each week and want the lowest cost: run it yourself on Instantly ($47 a month) or Smartlead ($39 a month) plus a data tool. See the section on running it yourself below.
If you're weighing an SDR team against email-led outbound, book a campaign plan call and we'll give you a straight answer on which fits your market.
IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. memoryBlue doesn't publish prices, so we use what Clutch and competing agencies report and label it that way.

What memoryBlue offers, and why people look elsewhere
memoryBlue has been in business 20+ years (Clutch lists 2002) and acquired London-based Operatix in 2023. It sells outsourced SDRs, ADRs and AEs, B2G lead generation, sales training and SDR recruitment to B2B technology and professional-services companies, with a focus on cybersecurity, data analytics, fintech and public-sector GovTech. Client logos on its site include CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, Wiz, Adobe and Microsoft (memoryBlue).
Its model is built around rep quality. memoryBlue says it has 650+ reps working in-office with daily coaching, across offices in Tysons, Boston, Austin, Dallas, Denver, London and Singapore, in 30+ languages. Every rep passes a 12-step hiring process and a 6-week Academy first. You can hire reps onto your own team through its audition-to-hire model. It says 85% of booked meetings come from phone calls. Its own blog says it sells either a fixed monthly retainer or a lower base plus a fee per held meeting (memoryBlue blog).
Buyers look for alternatives for four main reasons:
- Price. Cost is memoryBlue's lowest Clutch sub-score at 4.4, and the most common project size on Clutch is $10,000 to $49,000 (Clutch). Competing agencies report $7,000 to $12,000 per SDR a month.
- Commitment. Competitors report a 6-month minimum, and Belkins reports the pilot is paid upfront (Belkins). memoryBlue doesn't publish its terms.
- Ramp. memoryBlue says reps reach full pace after about 90 days. Belkins reports 2 to 5 appointments in month 1, rising to 10 to 12 a month from month 4.
- Fit. If you're not an enterprise tech or professional-services seller, or you don't need calling, you're paying for a model built for someone else.
The 8 memoryBlue alternatives
1. IntentSignal: email-first, published price
We're a B2B cold email agency, so unlike memoryBlue we don't put an SDR on the phone. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. That's less than half the low end of memoryBlue's reported per-SDR price. Custom AI agents, built in-house for each client, research each account, write outreach around what's happening at that company and book meetings onto your reps' calendars. Our two co-founders, Andrew Elsakr and Kyle Rasmussen, run every account.
You own every sending domain and mailbox we build, in writing, including after the engagement ends. On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails, closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting, and about 1 per 500 in the worst case, with early ramp-up worse. Route got 117 opportunities in one month and $42M in ARR pipeline over three quarters. Upside booked meetings with leaders at 6.5% of all US restaurant locations in one quarter.
Watch-outs: no phone team, no multilingual coverage, no option to hire reps, and no third-party review profile yet. We fit US B2B companies with $10K+ contract values and an existing sales team. If you're selling into EMEA government buyers in French, memoryBlue is the better call. More on how we work on our cold email agency page.
2. SalesRoads: US phone team with a public price
SalesRoads (Boca Raton, since 2007) is the closest swap for a US-only phone program. It publishes its ladder: $11,950 per 4 weeks for one SDR, $16,750 for two, $23,500 for three, up to $43,150 for six (SalesRoads pricing). No long-term commitment, cancel anytime. The price includes multiple warmed domains and mailboxes and 500 records per SDR a month, with calling from day 16.
Compared with memoryBlue: likely similar or higher per seat (one SDR is $155,350 a year because 4-week billing means 13 invoices), but you can stop at any time instead of committing for a reported 6 months. No multilingual or international coverage, and third parties note no LinkedIn program. Clutch 4.9 from 69 reviews, G2 4.9 from 13.
3. SalesHive: phone-led, lower reported price
SalesHive (founded 2016, remote-first) sells three custom-quoted plans: Starter (1 SDR, phone only, 100+ touches a day), Growth (1 SDR, phone and email, 250+) and Crush (2 SDRs, 500+), each with US or offshore reps. No setup fee, no per-meeting fee, month to month or annual, and $0 owed until you approve launch (SalesHive pricing). Salesforge reported about $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000 a month for US plans and about $4,000 offshore.
Watch-outs: SalesHive says it does not guarantee meetings, cancellation runs to the end of the next billing month, and its reviews are thin and split (Trustpilot 3.5 from 35, with 37% one-star). It suits a first outbound test at a lower price, not an enterprise cyber sale. Full comparison: memoryBlue vs SalesHive.
4. LevelUp Leads: calling, email and LinkedIn
LevelUp Leads publishes "starting at $5,000" a month with an initial 3-month commitment, then month to month, billed monthly in advance, with no onboarding charge (LevelUp packages). Packages are Fractional SDR (150+ calls and 180+ emails a day), Full-Service SDR (300+ calls and 230+ emails a day) and Growth (2 SDRs, 700+ calls a day). Launch is 7 to 10 days after the onboarding call.
It's a younger firm (Clutch lists 2021) without memoryBlue's training program or hiring path, but its reviews are excellent: Clutch 5.0 from 61 and G2 about 4.8 to 4.9. A 3-month minimum at the entry price is $15,000, against a reported $42,000 or more for memoryBlue's 6 months.
5. Martal Group: senior SDRs, shorter pilot
Martal (founded 2009, Oakville, Canada, with offices in San Francisco and New York) runs outsourced senior SDRs across email, LinkedIn and calling. Prices aren't public. Third parties report $4,500 to $6,195+ a month for the outbound tier and $5,000 to $9,000 typical, and its higher tiers add an undisclosed commission on closed deals. The pilot is 3 months on Tier 1A and 4 months on Tiers 2 and 3, then monthly (Salesforge).
This is the closest match to memoryBlue on rep seniority at a lower reported price and shorter commitment. Clutch 4.8 from 109 and G2 4.6 from 135. Reviewers mention 2 to 3 weeks of calibration and reporting that isn't self-serve.
6. Callbox: multi-region pods
If memoryBlue's appeal was international coverage, Callbox is the other large option. It runs Campaign Pods across phone, email, LinkedIn, chat and SMS from Los Angeles, Singapore, Australia, Colombia and London. Its FAQ says clients spend $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter (Callbox FAQ), about $6,667 to $13,333 a month. Terms aren't published; third parties report 3 to 12 month minimums.
Clutch 4.6 from 128 and G2 4.5 from 91. Compared with memoryBlue, reviewers describe Callbox as weaker in non-English markets and more generic for niche B2B, which matters for complex tech sales.
7. Belkins: plans tied to appointment counts
Belkins sells plans by annual appointment volume: Small Business (30+ a year, email and LinkedIn only), Growth (100+), Growth Plus (200+, all channels) and Enterprise (Belkins pricing). Third parties report $5,000 to $14,800+ a month, a $2,000 to $5,000 setup fee and 3 to 6 month minimums. Clutch 4.9 from 234 reviews and G2 4.7 from 95 make it the most-reviewed firm on this list.
Belkins is more email and LinkedIn-led than memoryBlue, and it's the only one here whose published plans name an appointment count. Ask how "qualified" is defined, since the retainer is reportedly owed regardless of results.
8. CIENCE: cheapest published SDR seats
CIENCE, now graph8's services arm, publishes a modular card: $2,000 a month campaign team, $499 a month platform, SDRs from $1,750 offshore or $3,500 US or EU, a one-time setup fee (amount not listed) and a performance bonus above 60% of the held-meeting target. Month to month (CIENCE pricing).
One US SDR comes to $5,999 a month before setup and bonus, below memoryBlue's reported low end. Its reviews are weaker: G2 3.7 from 181 and Clutch 4.2 from 142, with complaints about turnover, zero-meeting months and contract exits.
Rent the team or build your own?
memoryBlue's own blog makes the in-house case worth considering. It cites The Bridge Group's 2025 data: median SDR on-target earnings of $80,000 and median SDR manager OTE of $146,000, a ramp of about three months, and an average time to fill of 63.5 days from Employ's 2026 report (memoryBlue blog).
One in-house SDR at $80,000 OTE is about $6,667 a month before payroll tax, benefits, tools and a share of the manager's time. Hiring takes about two months and ramp about three, so roughly five months pass before that rep is at full pace. An outsourced memoryBlue rep at a reported $7,000 to $12,000 skips the two months of hiring, but by memoryBlue's own account still needs about 90 days to reach full pace. What you're mainly buying is speed to start, management and the ability to stop, at a premium over salary.
memoryBlue's audition-to-hire option bridges the two: rent the rep, then hire them. If that's the plan, ask what the conversion terms are before signing. Our agency vs in-house SDR guide covers the email-led version of this decision.
If you would rather run it yourself
Some teams searching for memoryBlue alternatives are really deciding whether to pay an agency at all. The software to send cold email yourself is cheap. The work around it is where the cost sits.
- Instantly: the Growth plan is $47 a month for 5,000 emails, with unlimited sending accounts and warmup (monthly billing).
- Smartlead: the Base plan is $39 a month for 6,000 sends and 2,000 contacts. Pro is $94 a month for 90,000 sends.
- Apollo: a free Starter plan for contact data, with paid Basic and Professional tiers. Apollo's pricing page doesn't list the paid prices.
None of these tools buy and set up your sending domains, build and verify the list, write the copy, test new angles or answer replies. Someone on your team does that, or it doesn't happen. At our benchmark for generic targeting (about 1 meeting per 200 emails), 5,000 emails a month is around 25 meetings at best, and only when the inboxes, data and copy are right. If a rep has real hours each week for this, running it yourself is the cheapest option on this page. If nobody does, that time is what you'd be paying memoryBlue or any agency for.
When to stay with memoryBlue
memoryBlue is the right choice if you sell complex B2B tech into enterprise or public-sector buyers, need reps who can sell in other languages or regions, want daily-coached reps from an in-office team, or plan to hire SDRs and want to audition them first. Its review record, G2 4.6 from 297 reviews, is the deepest of any phone-led firm here, and Clutch reviewers regularly mention hitting meeting targets. The main things to pin down are the minimum term, what you pay during ramp and what happens when a rep leaves, since team changes are the most common complaint.
Questions to ask any SDR agency before signing
- What is the minimum term, and is any of it paid upfront?
- Retainer or per held meeting? If per meeting, who decides whether a meeting counts?
- How many meetings did a comparable client get in month 1 and month 4?
- Is my rep full time on my account? What happens if they leave mid-engagement?
- Who owns the domains, mailboxes, call recordings and contact lists after we stop?
- If I want to hire the rep, what does that cost and when can I do it?
Where IntentSignal fits
If you came to memoryBlue for meetings and not specifically for phone reps, we're worth comparing: $2,999 a month, month to month, founders on every account, and you own the infrastructure. If you need calling or multilingual reps, we'll say so and point you to the right firm above. Book a campaign plan call.
