Before you read further: we run IntentSignal, one of the companies on this list, and we compete with most of the others. Every company gets the same criteria. Every price comes from a public pricing page, a review platform, or a named third-party report, last checked in August 2026. If something here is wrong, email us and we will fix it.
The best B2B appointment setting companies in 2026
The best B2B appointment setting companies in 2026 are Belkins for enterprise programs with deep references, SalesRoads for senior US-based phone reps, IntentSignal for signal-based cold email from $2,999 a month, CIENCE for pay-per-held-meeting pricing, SalesHive for published month-to-month SDR tiers, Martal Group for a retainer plus commission on closed deals, and Leadbird for pay-per-lead. Which one fits depends less on quality than on three questions: what unit you want to pay for, whether your buyers answer the phone, and how long you can commit before you see results.

What counts as an appointment? Check this before price
Appointment setting companies sell one of three units, and they are not interchangeable. A booked meeting is on your calendar. A held meeting actually happened. A meeting-ready lead is a prospect who has shown interest but may not have a time yet.
The gap between those units is where budgets disappear. If a vendor bills per booked meeting and a third of prospects never show, you paid for the ones who didn’t. Before you sign, get three things in writing: the billable unit, what makes a meeting rejectable (wrong title, wrong company size, outside your ICP), and how many days you have to reject one.
How to compare quotes: cost per held meeting
Every pricing model converts to one number: what you pay for each meeting that actually happens. Here is that math using the published prices above.
Retainer: a $6,000 monthly retainer that produces 12 held meetings costs $500 per meeting.
Per meeting, with setup: CIENCE’s published structure in month one is $5,000 setup, about $1,750 in team retainer, $499 for the platform, and $250 per held meeting. At 10 held meetings that is $9,749, or about $975 a meeting. By month six, with setup behind you, the same 10 meetings cost about $4,749, or $475 each.
Hybrid: Martal’s G2-listed fee of $4,100 to $10,500 a month, plus the $200 to $350 per-appointment fee that several G2 reviewers describe, plus commission on closed deals. Run it with your own close rate, because the commission moves with results.
In-house: CIENCE puts the fully loaded cost of an in-house SDR meeting at $1,822, which is $131,158 a year divided by 72 meetings. Any agency quote has to beat that number at equal quality.
Month one always looks worse than month six. Most firms on this list take 60 to 90 days to reach a steady flow, so judge a program on months two and three, not week two. Our cold email agency pricing guide covers the hidden line items: setup fees, platform licenses, and who owns the sending domains when you leave.
1. Belkins: best for enterprise programs
Belkins has run outbound since 2017 from Dover, Delaware and Kyiv, with more than 300 staff, 230+ verified Clutch reviews and a 4.8 on G2 across 93 reviews. Email, LinkedIn, cold calling and ABM run as one program, and it owns its deliverability platform, Folderly.
Pricing starts around $5,000 a month on Belkins’ own service pages, with typical programs at $5,000 to $25,000 on three to six month minimums. Belkins advertises 100 to 400 appointments a year, footnoted as average yearly outcomes, which works out to 8 to 33 a month.
Delivery is pod-based, and reviewers say results depend on which account manager you draw. Pick Belkins if you have $10,000 a month, want every channel under one roof, and need references procurement can check. Full comparison: Belkins alternatives.
2. SalesRoads: best for senior US phone reps
SalesRoads has run outbound for nineteen years with US-based SDRs who typically bring five to ten years of experience, which is rare at any price. Terms are cancel-anytime with a 28-day satisfaction guarantee. Programs go live in two to three weeks and stabilize in 60 to 90 days.
It is also the most expensive entry here, from about $9,950 per four-week cycle, and it books fewer meetings on purpose because it optimizes for opportunity value. Pick SalesRoads if your buyers answer the phone and your deals clear $20,000. Full comparison: SalesRoads alternatives.
3. IntentSignal: best for signal-based cold email
This is us, so judge it by the numbers. IntentSignal books meetings through cold email and paid ads, not cold calling. We build a custom AI agent for each client that scans its market every day for buying signals: leadership changes, funding rounds, job postings that describe a problem you solve, product launches and RFPs. Outreach goes to accounts with something happening this quarter, and the same signals feed the ad targeting.
Pricing starts at $2,999 a month, month to month, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. In June 2026, our clients averaged 30 booked meetings per month. We generated 117 opportunities in one month for Route and 90 sales-accepted leads in two months for Gainsight.
We are a poor fit if you need phone outreach, have no sales team to take the meetings, or sell deals under about $10,000. Pick us if you sell B2B at $10K+ contract value and want meetings timed to a reason the account needs you now. How it works: our cold email program.
4. CIENCE: best for paying only for held meetings
CIENCE, founded in 2015 and built around its graph8 platform, is one of the few firms in this category that publishes pricing: $5,000 one-time setup (from $2,500 for startups), about $250 per held meeting, a $1,500 to $2,000 monthly team retainer and a $499 monthly graph8 license. Realistic totals run $2,900 to $20,000+ a month.
Billing per held meeting puts the no-show risk on the vendor, which is the strongest buyer protection on this list. Reviews split: Clutch is strong while G2 sits around 3.7 to 3.8, so interview the specific team that would run your account. Full comparison: CIENCE alternatives.
5. SalesHive: best for published month-to-month SDR tiers
SalesHive is a Denver-based outsourced SDR agency founded in 2016. It publishes pricing and runs month to month with no setup fees. Third-party reviews put the US-SDR tiers at $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000 a month, with a Philippines-based option near $4,000. Its in-house Power Dialer is built for 150 to 500 calls a day.
It claims 117,000+ meetings booked for 1,500+ clients since 2016, but the third-party record is thin: as of August 2026, 36 Trustpilot reviews and one Clutch review. Pick SalesHive if you want calls and email at a known price and will check references yourself. Full comparison: SalesHive alternatives.
6. Martal Group: best for commission on closed deals
Martal has run B2B outbound from Canada since 2009. It charges a flat monthly fee plus commission on closed-won deals, and G2 lists $4,100 to $10,500 a month. The commission means Martal earns more when meetings turn into revenue, which few firms here can say.
Model the full bill first. Several G2 reviewers describe a $200 to $350 per-appointment fee on top of the monthly fee, and in narrow markets the prospect list can run out early. Pick Martal if meetings that die after the first call are your main problem. Full comparison: Martal Group alternatives.
7. Leadbird: best for pay-per-lead
Leadbird is a pay-per-lead agency founded by Nick Abraham in Dallas. There is no monthly retainer: you pay per meeting-ready lead, billed at month-end, plus about $3,000 in setup and a monthly tech fee, on three to six month commitments. A meeting-ready lead is a prospect showing positive intent toward the product and a demo, which is not the same as a held meeting.
Per-lead pricing rewards volume, so put your ICP criteria and rejection rights in the contract. Pick Leadbird if you want no retainer and will police the definition. Full comparison: Leadbird alternatives.
8. Callbox: best for multi-country campaigns
Callbox has run B2B lead generation for more than twenty years across seven channels, with campaigns in North America, APAC, EMEA and LATAM in multiple languages. Offshore delivery makes it cheaper per activity than US-staffed firms. Pricing is quoted. It is built for volume rather than precision, and rep seniority varies by region. Pick Callbox if you are entering several countries at once. Full comparison: Callbox alternatives.
9. memoryBlue: best for enterprise phone programs
memoryBlue is a sales development firm with 20+ years of history and 650+ sales professionals across North America, EMEA and APAC, working in 30+ languages. Its 2024 merger with Operatix made it one of the largest outsourced sales organizations in the world. Pricing is quoted on enterprise retainers. Pick memoryBlue if your motion needs cold calling at global scale across time zones.
10. LevelUp Leads: best for calls and email from a smaller team
LevelUp Leads is a California-based agency founded in 2021 by John Karsant. Pricing runs $5,000 a month for fractional SDR programs to $12,000+ for growth packages, with calling-only packages from $3,500, on three to six month terms. It holds a 4.9 G2 rating, and its US-based SDRs make 150+ dials a day. Clients report about 90 days to consistent meeting flow.
How much does B2B appointment setting cost in 2026?
Managed B2B appointment setting costs $3,000 to $15,000 a month on retainer in 2026, with US-staffed phone programs at the top of the range and published entry pricing from $2,999. Pay-per-appointment runs $150 to $600 per booked meeting across the industry, and CIENCE’s published per-held-meeting price is about $250 plus setup and platform fees. The full breakdown is in our pricing guide.
Retainer or pay-per-appointment: which is better?
Pay-per-appointment is better when your ICP is clear and you can enforce rejection rights, because you pay only for output. A retainer is better when your market is narrow or your sale is complex, because per-meeting pricing pushes the vendor toward volume and toward whoever says yes fastest. Hybrids sit between the two: a lower base plus performance fees.
Common questions
What is B2B appointment setting?
B2B appointment setting is outbound prospecting that ends in a booked sales meeting instead of a lead list. The appointment setter finds the prospect, starts the conversation by email, phone or LinkedIn, qualifies interest, and puts the meeting on your rep’s calendar. More in our appointment setting glossary entry.
Do appointment setting companies guarantee meetings?
Few guarantee a number. Some guarantee a structure instead: CIENCE bills only for held meetings, and SalesRoads offers a 28-day satisfaction guarantee. Belkins publishes a range of 100 to 400 appointments a year as an average, not a promise. If a vendor guarantees a fixed count, read exactly what counts as a meeting.
How long does it take to start booking meetings?
Expect first meetings within the first month and a steady flow within 60 to 90 days. Email programs also need two to three weeks of domain warmup before real sending starts.
Is an appointment setting agency cheaper than hiring an SDR?
Usually, at equal output. CIENCE estimates a fully loaded in-house SDR meeting at $1,822, and a US SDR’s base salary alone runs about $70,000 to $95,000 before commission, benefits and tools, with three to six months to ramp. The math is in cold email agency vs in-house SDR.
What is a good cost per appointment?
Under $500 per held meeting is strong for most B2B programs, and anything below the $1,822 in-house benchmark is cheaper than doing it yourself. The right ceiling depends on deal size: at $10K+ contract value, one closed deal a quarter covers most programs on this list.
