Belkins Pricing (2026): Plans, Reported Costs and Cost per Meeting

Belkins does not publish prices. Third parties report a retainer of $5,000 to $14,800+ a month, a $2,000 to $5,000 setup fee and a 3 to 6 month minimum, which puts year one between about $62,000 and $182,600. At the appointment floors Belkins lists for each plan, that is roughly $620 to $1,235 per booked appointment. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. Belkins' plan names, channels and appointment targets come from its own pricing page; every dollar figure is labeled with who reported it.

Belkins Pricing (2026): Plans, Reported Costs and Cost per Meeting

Quick answer

  • Published prices: none. The Belkins pricing page lists four plans by appointment target and channel, with no dollar amounts.
  • Reported retainer: $5,000 to $14,800+ a month (Sales So, SalesBread), with one Clutch data point of about $5,500 a month for 10+ meetings.
  • Reported setup fee: $2,000 to $5,000, one time.
  • Reported minimum: 3 to 6 months, with some contracts running 6 to 12 months.
  • Minimum commitment before you can leave: about $17,000 at the low end (3 months at $5,000 plus $2,000 setup) and about $93,800 at the high end (6 months at $14,800 plus $5,000 setup).

If you're comparing a Belkins quote against an email-led program, book a campaign plan call. IntentSignal starts at $2,999 a month, month to month, and we'll walk through what we'd run for the same budget.

Belkins plans and what each reportedly costs

Belkins sells plans by how many appointments it aims to book in a year. The table maps each official plan to the third-party price data available. Most sources give one overall range rather than a price per plan, and Belkins hasn't confirmed any of them.

Plan (official)Appointments/year (official)Channels (official)Reported price
For small business30+Cold email and LinkedIn; run by partner agenciesNot reported separately
Growth100+Email, LinkedIn, intent-based calling, Messenger/WhatsApp, executive dinners, conferencesInside the $5,000 to $14,800+ range; not broken out by plan
Growth Plus200+Everything in Growth plus cold calling, ABM, paid ads, webinarsInside the $5,000 to $14,800+ range; not broken out by plan
EnterpriseCustomCustom strategy, CRM integration, custom SLAs and terms$10,000 to $15,000+ for Scale or Enterprise (Sera Leads)

Belkins describes its small business plan as "a budget-friendly solution for lean teams, delivered through partnering agencies from the Belkins ecosystem." If you buy the cheapest plan, another agency runs your outreach. Ask which one, and read that agency's reviews rather than Belkins' 234 on Clutch.

Every reported Belkins price, by source

Salesforge collected the public estimates in its Belkins review. None are confirmed by Belkins, and several of the sources sell competing services.

SourceWhat they report
Clutch profileAbout $5,500/mo for 10+ meetings; minimum project $1,000+
Sales So$5,000 to $14,800 retainer, 3 to 6 month minimum, $2,000 to $5,000 setup
SalesBread$5,000 to $14,800+/mo
SalesHive$5,000 typical start; $5,500 to $25,000+ depending on scope
100Signals$3,000 to $5,000 base plus about $150 per meeting, or $5,000 to $15,000 all-inclusive
Sera Leads$10,000 to $15,000+ for Scale or Enterprise

The 100Signals figure suggests Belkins will quote a base-plus-per-meeting structure in some deals. If you'd rather pay partly on results, ask for it directly.

What the retainer includes

Belkins' pricing page says every package includes a sales audit, lead research, copywriting, appointment scheduling, transparent reports and tech support. It also says the retainer covers "premium lead generation and marketing tools" worth up to $10,000 a year, so you shouldn't need to pay separately for data or sending software.

Listed as optional add-ons, priced separately: GTM development, HubSpot CRM integration, sales enablement, SDR outsourcing, sales consulting and content marketing. If you need your CRM synced, confirm whether that is in your plan or an add-on.

Not published anywhere we could find: who owns the sending domains and mailboxes after you leave, how a "qualified" appointment is defined, and whether paid ad spend on Growth Plus is inside the retainer or billed on top.

Year-one cost and cost per appointment

The table applies the reported ranges to Belkins' own appointment floors. Belkins says "100+" and "200+", so a program that beats the floor will come in cheaper per appointment.

ScenarioMonthlySetupYear oneAppointmentsPer appointment
Growth, low retainer$5,000$2,000$62,000100$620
Growth, mid retainer$10,000$3,500$123,500100$1,235
Growth Plus, high retainer$14,800$5,000$182,600200$913
Clutch data point$5,500Not stated$66,000120+$550 or less

The math: monthly retainer x 12, plus setup, divided by the appointment count. The Clutch row uses 10 meetings a month x 12.

Adjust for held meetings

Reviewers quoted by Salesforge say Belkins reports booked meetings, not held ones. Your cost per meeting that actually happens depends on your show rate. As an illustration only: if 20% of booked appointments don't take place, the $1,235 Growth appointment becomes $1,544 ($1,235 divided by 0.8). Ask Belkins for the held rate on accounts like yours.

Adjust for the ramp

Belkins markets launch "in as little as 14 days." Third-party reviews describe a 4 to 6 week ramp, with meaningful results at 60 to 90 days. On a 3-month minimum, that means most of the committed spend goes into ramp. At $10,000 a month plus $3,500 setup, you'd have paid $33,500 by the end of the minimum, and the first 4 to 6 weeks of that buys setup rather than meetings.

Costs that don't appear on the quote

  • A setup fee, reported at $2,000 to $5,000 and paid once, usually before launch.
  • Full cold calling, ABM, paid ads and webinars are only on Growth Plus. If you start on Growth and need calling later, expect a price change.
  • HubSpot CRM integration, which is listed as an add-on.
  • Someone on your team has to approve targeting and copy, and your reps take the calls. Clutch reviewers raise targeting misses, so budget review time in the first month.
  • Booked meetings that don't happen still count toward an appointment target unless your contract says otherwise.
  • If Belkins keeps the domains, you start warmup again with the next provider.

How to negotiate a Belkins contract

  1. Ask for the appointment definition in writing: title, company size, and whether it counts on booking or on being held.
  2. Ask for a shortfall remedy. If Belkins misses the plan floor (for example 25 appointments in a quarter on Growth), what do you get: extra months free, a credit, or the right to cancel?
  3. Push for 3 months rather than 6, then month to month. Sales So reports 3 to 6 months as the range, so 3 is within reason.
  4. Ask whether the setup fee can be credited against month one or waived on a longer term.
  5. Get domain and mailbox ownership in writing, including transfer on exit.
  6. Only pay for channels you'll use. If your buyers don't answer phones, Growth without full cold calling may be enough.
  7. Ask about the base-plus-per-meeting structure 100Signals reported. It shifts some risk to Belkins.

What you'd pay elsewhere for the same budget

Belkins is a multichannel retainer. If you don't need every channel, published alternatives are cheaper to start and easier to leave. Prices below are from each vendor's own page, checked October 2026.

When Belkins is worth the price

  • You need ABM, paid ads, webinars, executive dinners and conference activation run by the same team that runs outbound. That bundle is hard to buy elsewhere.
  • You're an enterprise buyer that needs SOC 2, ISO and data-privacy support in workflows and custom SLAs. Belkins lists all three for Enterprise.
  • Procurement wants a vendor with a long review history: 4.9 on Clutch from 234 reviews and 4.7 on G2 from 95.
  • Your deal size makes $900 to $1,500 per held appointment an easy return. If one closed deal pays for the year, the minimum term matters less.

Where IntentSignal fits

We're a cold email agency for US B2B companies with $10K+ contract values and an existing sales team. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, as a retainer with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. You own every domain and mailbox we build, in writing, after the engagement too. The two co-founders run every account.

On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails, closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting, and about 1 per 500 at worst. Gainsight got 90 sales-accepted leads in two months. We don't do phone-first SDR work, ABM or webinar programs. If you need those under one roof, Belkins' Growth Plus is the better fit. If you mainly need email meetings, book a campaign plan call.

Benchmarks behind these numbers are in our cold email statistics.

Questions to ask Belkins before signing

  1. Which plan is this quote, and what is the monthly price, setup fee and minimum term in writing?
  2. Is my account run by Belkins' team or a partner agency?
  3. What counts as an appointment, and do no-shows count toward the target?
  4. What held-meeting numbers did clients at my deal size get in months 1 to 3?
  5. Who owns the domains and mailboxes when we cancel?
  6. What is the notice period after the minimum?

Frequently asked questions

How much does Belkins cost?

Belkins doesn't publish prices. Third parties report $5,000 to $14,800+ a month, plus a $2,000 to $5,000 setup fee. Clutch data cites about $5,500 a month for 10+ meetings, Sera Leads reports $10,000 to $15,000+ for Scale or Enterprise tiers, and SalesHive says larger scopes reach $25,000+.

Does Belkins charge per appointment?

Its plans are sold by annual appointment targets on a monthly retainer, and reviewers say the retainer is owed regardless of results. 100Signals reports some deals structured as a $3,000 to $5,000 base plus about $150 per meeting, so it's worth asking.

What is the Belkins minimum contract?

Not published. Third parties report 3 to 6 months, and some reviews mention 6 to 12. Enterprise plans have custom terms.

How much does a Belkins appointment cost?

At reported prices and Belkins' own plan floors, about $620 to $1,235 per booked appointment on Growth and about $913 on Growth Plus at the high end. Cost per held meeting is higher, depending on your show rate.

Is there a Belkins plan for small businesses?

Yes. The small business plan targets 30+ appointments a year with cold email and LinkedIn only, and it is delivered by partner agencies in the Belkins ecosystem rather than Belkins' own team.

How long until Belkins books meetings?

Belkins markets launch in as little as 14 days. Third-party reviews report a 4 to 6 week ramp, with meaningful results at 60 to 90 days.

What is a cheaper alternative to Belkins?

IntentSignal (from $2,999 a month) and Borks ($3,000 a month for 50,000 sends) are both month to month and email-led. CIENCE lists one offshore SDR with its team and platform at $4,249 a month before setup and bonus.
