Martal Group Pricing: Tiers, Pilot Cost and Commission (2026)
Martal Group does not publish prices. Its pricing page shows the structure (a paid 3-month pilot on Tier 1A, a 4-month pilot plus sales commission on Tiers 2 and 3) but every dollar figure you will see online, including the $4,500 to $6,195+ a month most often quoted for Tier 1A, is a third-party estimate. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. On this page we separate what Martal publishes, what others report, and what is not public at all. Figures were checked in October 2026.

Quick answer
- Tier 1A (outbound lead generation): flat monthly fee, 3-month paid pilot, then monthly. Reported at $4,500 to $6,195+ a month, so the pilot is about $13,500 to $18,585.
- Tier 2 (outbound plus discovery calls, demos and onboarding): flat fee plus commission on closed deals, 4-month pilot. Reported at $6,000 to $10,500 a month, so $24,000 to $42,000 for the pilot before commission.
- Tier 3 (Tier 2 plus account management): flat fee plus commission, 4-month pilot. Reported at $8,000 to $12,000+ a month.
- Not public: any official dollar amount, the commission percentage, whether the fee changes after the pilot, and who owns the sending domains at the end.
If you are pricing a Martal pilot against an email-led program for US buyers, book a campaign plan call. IntentSignal starts at $2,999 a month, month to month, with no pilot and no commission, and we'll tell you if Martal is the better fit.

Martal's site refused our automated checks, so its published structure is quoted from third parties who read its pricing page: Salesforge (September 2026), ReplyLead (checked September 23, 2026) and RevenueFlow (updated October 1, 2026). All three agree on the tiers and pilots, and ReplyLead reports the Tier 1A price line reads "Inquire about pricing."
Martal pricing by tier
| Tier | What Martal does | Pilot | Fee model | Reported monthly fee | Source of estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1A | Outbound: email, LinkedIn, calls, booked leads | 3 months | Flat | $4,500 to $6,195+ | Belkins |
| Tier 1B | Inbound (SMS, SEO, LinkedIn ads) | Not disclosed | Quote | Over $5,000 | Belkins |
| Tier 2 | Tier 1A plus discovery, demos, onboarding | 4 months | Flat plus commission | $6,000 to $10,500 | 100Signals |
| Tier 3 | Tier 2 plus account management | 4 months | Flat plus commission | $8,000 to $12,000+ | 100Signals |
Other estimates: Cleverly puts Martal at $4,100 to $10,500 a month overall, and LeadHaste says $5,000 to $9,000 a month for a fractional SDR engagement, with higher tiers for multi-SDR or ABM programs. Belkins, 100Signals, Cleverly and LeadHaste all sell competing services, so treat their numbers as indicative. On Clutch, reviewers describe total engagement costs from $5,000 to $60,000.
Why the Clutch hourly rate lines up
Clutch lists Martal at $25 to $49 an hour. Martal does not bill hourly, but the rate is a useful cross-check. One full-time rep for a month is about 160 hours, which at $25 to $49 is $4,000 to $7,840. That brackets the $4,500 to $6,195 Tier 1A estimate, so the reported range looks plausible for one dedicated rep.
What the paid pilot really costs
The pilot is Martal's real minimum. You pay the full monthly fee for every pilot month, and the switch to month-to-month only comes after it ends. Committed spend at the reported ranges:
| Tier | Pilot months | Low estimate | High estimate | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1A | 3 | $13,500 (3 x $4,500) | $18,585 (3 x $6,195) | Nothing else published |
| Tier 2 | 4 | $24,000 (4 x $6,000) | $42,000 (4 x $10,500) | Commission on closed deals |
| Tier 3 | 4 | $32,000 (4 x $8,000) | $48,000+ (4 x $12,000) | Commission on closed deals |
LeadHaste reports that most reviews describe a 60 to 90 day ramp before meetings flow consistently, and Clutch reviewers mention 2 to 3 weeks of calibration. On a 3-month Tier 1A pilot, that can leave one strong month to judge the program. Ask Martal what months 1, 2 and 3 produced for a client like you, and whether the pilot fee is lower than the subscription fee (the difference is not published).
How the commission works
Tiers 2 and 3 add a sales commission on closed-won deals on top of the flat fee. Martal does not publish the rate. The table shows what each percentage point costs, so you can plug in the rate Martal quotes you:
| Closed-won revenue from Martal deals | Cost of each 1% of commission |
|---|---|
| $100,000 | $1,000 |
| $250,000 | $2,500 |
| $500,000 | $5,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $10,000 |
Three things to pin down in writing: the rate, whether it applies to first-year contract value or lifetime revenue, and how long after the contract ends it still applies to deals Martal sourced. LeadHaste also reports that Martal offers revenue-share and pay-per-meeting variants, which are less often discussed publicly, so ask whether one is available on Tier 1A.
Year-one cost scenarios
These assume 12 months at a flat fee (pilot plus 9 or 8 months of subscription) and no price change after the pilot.
| Scenario | Monthly fee | Year one | Plus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1A, low estimate | $4,500 | $54,000 | Nothing else published |
| Tier 1A, high estimate | $6,195 | $74,340 | Nothing else published |
| Tier 2, low to high | $6,000 to $10,500 | $72,000 to $126,000 | Commission |
| Tier 3, low to high | $8,000 to $12,000 | $96,000 to $144,000 | Commission |
Cost per qualified lead
Martal publishes average monthly activity for its Tier 1 scope: 3,000 to 5,000 prospects targeted, 9,000 to 12,000 emails sent, 250 to 450 calls, 600 to 700 LinkedIn follow-ups, 150 to 200 responses, 20 to 30 qualified leads and 5 to 15 flipped leads. RevenueFlow calls these planning figures, not a guarantee.
| Monthly fee | At 20 qualified leads | At 30 qualified leads |
|---|---|---|
| $4,500 | $225 each | $150 each |
| $6,195 | $310 each | $207 each |
Two cautions. First, a qualified lead is not a held meeting, and Martal does not publish its definition of either a qualified or a flipped lead. Second, the pilot includes ramp. If a Tier 1A pilot produced 5, 15 and 25 qualified leads in months 1 to 3 (an illustration, not Martal data), 45 leads would cost $300 to $413 each at the reported fee range.
What is included, and what costs extra
- Included on Tier 1A, per Martal: a dedicated Sales Executive, Research Manager and Sales Operations Manager, with outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls.
- A custom sending domain per rep is set up for you (Salesforge). Who keeps it after the engagement is not published.
- Tool costs are typically bundled into the retainer, according to LeadHaste.
- Martal's AI Sales Platform is sold separately in Basic (3,000 contacts a month, 5 users), Premium (6,000 contacts, 10 users) and Enterprise tiers, all custom-quoted, per Belkins.
- Trade show and conference attendance, and additional publications and backlinks, are listed as extra cost (Salesforge).
- No performance guarantee is published.
How to negotiate with Martal
- Ask for the monthly fee for both the pilot and the subscription in writing before signing.
- Push for a shorter pilot, or a pilot fee credited against month 4 if you continue.
- If you take Tier 2 or 3, cap the commission, define the revenue base, and limit the tail to 6 or 12 months after exit.
- Write the definition of a qualified lead into the contract, with a monthly target tied to Martal's own published 20 to 30 average.
- Get ownership of sending domains, mailboxes, lists and CRM records written in.
- Ask for self-serve reporting access from week 1, since early visibility is a common Clutch complaint.
Cheaper or more transparent alternatives

When Martal is worth the price
- You want an outside team to run discovery calls, demos and customer onboarding (Tier 2). Most agencies stop at the booked meeting.
- You prefer paying part of the cost as commission on closed revenue rather than a higher flat fee.
- You want a team with offices in Canada and the US.
- Review consistency matters: 4.8 from 109 Clutch reviews and 4.6 from 135 on G2, with cost (4.6) its lowest Clutch sub-score.
Where IntentSignal fits
IntentSignal is a B2B cold email agency for US companies with a $10K+ contract value and a sales team ready to take meetings. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options and no commission on your closed revenue. The co-founders run every account personally, and you own every domain and mailbox we build, in writing, after the engagement ends. We don't run demos or calling-first programs, so if that is what you need, Martal's Tier 2 may suit you better. On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails; for Gainsight we produced 90 sales-accepted leads in two months. Compare typical retainers in our cold email agency pricing guide, or book a campaign plan call.

- How much notice do I give to cancel after the pilot?
Frequently asked questions
How much does Martal Group cost per month?
Martal does not publish prices. Third parties report $4,500 to $6,195+ a month for Tier 1A outbound, $6,000 to $10,500 for Tier 2 and $8,000 to $12,000+ for Tier 3, with commission on closed deals on Tiers 2 and 3.
How long is the Martal pilot?
Three months on Tier 1A and four months on Tiers 2 and 3, after which the engagement moves to a monthly subscription. The pilot is paid at the monthly fee.
How much does a Martal pilot cost in total?
At reported prices, a Tier 1A pilot is $13,500 to $18,585 and a Tier 2 pilot is $24,000 to $42,000 plus commission. Martal does not confirm these figures.
What commission does Martal charge?
Martal charges a sales commission on closed deals on Tiers 2 and 3, but the percentage is not public. Each 1% costs $1,000 per $100,000 of closed-won revenue.
Why doesn't Martal publish its prices?
Martal quotes each engagement after a discovery call because price depends on tier, team size and scope. That is common among SDR agencies, but some, such as SalesRoads, CIENCE and IntentSignal, publish prices.
Does Martal offer pay-per-meeting pricing?
LeadHaste reports that Martal offers revenue-share and pay-per-meeting variants, but they are not on its pricing page. Ask during the discovery call.
Does Martal guarantee results?
No published guarantee was found. Martal's monthly activity figures, such as 20 to 30 qualified leads, are stated averages rather than a contractual commitment.
