Callbox Pricing: What a Pod Really Costs in 2026
Callbox costs about $6,667 a month per pod, according to the estimate on its own pricing page, and its FAQ says clients spend $20,000 to $40,000 a quarter. Those two numbers line up: the typical client runs one or two pods, which works out to roughly $80,000 to $160,000 a year before any setup fee. IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. Callbox figures were checked on callboxinc.com in October 2026; anything Callbox does not publish is labeled as reported or not public.

Quick answer
- One pod: about $6,667 a month, $20,000 a quarter, $80,000 a year. This is Callbox's published estimate; exact pricing comes after a consultation.
- Two pods (for example the US plus the UK, or two buyer personas): about $13,333 a month, $40,000 a quarter, $160,000 a year. This is the top of the range in Callbox's FAQ.
- Three or more pods (several regions or languages): $20,000+ a month and $240,000+ a year.
- Not published by Callbox: minimum term, setup fee, meetings per pod and who owns the data at the end. Third parties report 3 to 12 month minimums and $1,000 to $5,000 setup per pod.
If you are pricing Callbox against an email-led program for the US market, book a campaign plan call. We'll show you the accounts and angles we'd start with and what $2,999 a month would cover.

What a Callbox pod includes
Callbox sells its program in pods. Its pricing page defines a pod as a dedicated outreach unit targeting a specific market segment or persona, and lists what each one contains:
- 1 dedicated SDR
- A multichannel outreach cadence (Callbox's homepage names phone, email, LinkedIn, web, chat and events)
- AI-enriched contact data
- Campaign manager oversight
- Weekly performance reporting
The page says price depends on target industry, campaign complexity, geographic reach and sales cycle length. The lead pricing FAQ adds three cost drivers: how many resources are allocated to you, how many languages the campaign runs in, and the size and complexity of the region. Callbox also says its pricing has no hidden fees and is designed to give the best value on longer-term engagements.
Why Callbox quotes per quarter and per month
The two published numbers can look like they conflict, but $6,667 a month times three months is $20,001, the bottom of the FAQ range, and two pods for a quarter is $40,002, the top. The quarterly framing also hints that Callbox plans programs in quarters, so ask whether you are billed monthly or quarterly and whether the first quarter is committed up front. Callbox does not publish that.
Per-region pod scenarios, with the math
Callbox says each pod targets one segment or persona, and that language and region change the price. Third-party reviewers such as Salesforge put it as one pod per region or language. The table applies that to common setups at the $6,667 estimate.
| Scenario | Pods | Monthly | Per quarter | Year one (12 months) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| US only, one buyer persona | 1 | $6,667 | $20,000 | $80,000 |
| US, two personas (e.g. IT and finance) | 2 | $13,333 | $40,000 | $160,000 |
| US plus UK | 2 | $13,333 | $40,000 | $160,000 |
| US, UK and English-speaking APAC | 3 | $20,000 | $60,000 | $240,000 |
| APAC in four languages | 4 | $26,667 | $80,000 | $320,000 |
The math is pods times $6,667 times the number of months. The APAC row assumes four language pods, for example English plus three of the languages Callbox's homepage lists (Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Filipino, Portuguese and Spanish). Salesforge estimates a US, UK and APAC program at $45,000 to $90,000 a quarter, which brackets our $60,000 figure. Treat these as planning numbers; your quote may be higher or lower.
Adding the setup fee
Callbox does not publish a setup fee. Third-party estimates put it at $1,000 to $5,000 per pod. If that holds, year one for a single pod is $81,000 to $85,000 ($80,000 plus setup), and a three-pod program is $243,000 to $255,000 ($240,000 plus $3,000 to $15,000). Ask for the setup fee to be waived or credited if you commit to more than one quarter.
What you commit to before you know if it works
Callbox's own site says to plan for results in 30 to 90 days (as cited by Salesforge). Add a minimum term and this is what you spend before the program proves itself:
| Minimum term | 1 pod | 2 pods | 3 pods |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 months | $20,000 | $40,000 | $60,000 |
| 6 months | $40,000 | $80,000 | $120,000 |
| 12 months | $80,000 | $160,000 | $240,000 |
Cost per meeting scenarios
Callbox does not publish how many meetings a pod books, so the table below shows what each meeting costs at different monthly volumes for one pod. The volumes are illustrations for you to test against references, not Callbox results.
| Held meetings per pod per month | Cost per meeting (1 pod at $6,667) |
|---|---|
| 5 | $1,333 |
| 10 | $667 |
| 15 | $444 |
| 20 | $333 |
Ramp changes the first-quarter number a lot. If a pod books nothing in month 1, 5 meetings in month 2 and 10 in month 3, you paid $20,000 for 15 meetings, or $1,333 each, even though the steady-state rate is $667. Ask Callbox what month 1, 2 and 3 looked like for a client in your industry and region.
To check whether that is worth it, divide the monthly cost by what a meeting is worth to you. Say your contract value is $30,000 and 1 in 10 held meetings turns into a closed deal. Each meeting is then worth $3,000 in first-year revenue, so one pod needs about 2.2 held meetings a month to pay for itself on first-year contract value alone ($6,667 divided by $3,000). Plug in your own numbers.
What Callbox reviewers say about cost and value
On Clutch, Callbox holds 4.6 from 128 reviews. Cost is its lowest sub-score at 4.3, against 4.5 for quality and 4.7 for schedule. Reviewers describe engagements from $12,000 to $80,000 a year, with $10,000 to $49,000 the most common project size. That is lower than one pod for a full year, which suggests many reviewed projects are shorter or smaller than an annual single-pod program.
- Several reviewers chose Callbox for good value for cost, and one wrote, "We're much more successful in getting potential clients to the table."
- Another reviewer wrote, "We spent a ton of money and got next to nothing," and one client wished for a more flexible payment plan to continue the project.
- Third-party reviews keep raising the same points: offshore delivery can feel generic for complex B2B products, reporting can be shallow, and if month 2 underperforms you are still committed.
On G2, Callbox has 4.5 from 91 reviews.
Hidden and indirect costs to budget for
- Extra pods, at roughly $6,667 a month for each new region, language or persona.
- Setup per pod, if charged ($1,000 to $5,000 reported).
- Add-on channels such as webinars or events. Callbox lists them as channels, but the pricing page does not say if they are inside the pod price, so ask.
- Time from your AEs, who have to run every meeting. Weak meetings cost AE hours as well as pod fees.
- Callbox does not publish who keeps the contact lists, sending infrastructure and CRM records when you leave. If they stay with Callbox, you start from zero with the next vendor.
How to negotiate a Callbox contract
- Start with one pod in your best market and make the second pod conditional on held-meeting results in the first.
- Ask for monthly billing and a 3-month initial term instead of a quarterly prepay or 12 months.
- Get the definition of a billable meeting in writing, including whether no-shows and out-of-ICP meetings count.
- Ask for the setup fee to be waived, or credited against month 4, if you extend.
- Write list, domain and CRM data ownership into the contract before signing.
- Ask for raw activity data each week (calls, emails sent, replies) alongside the summary report.
Cheaper or different options
If one pod is more than you want to spend, or you only need the US market, these are the published alternatives. Year-one totals exclude setup fees unless stated.
| Option | Published price | Term | Year one | Main channel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Callbox, 1 pod | $6,667/mo (estimate) | Not published | $80,000 | Phone and email |
| IntentSignal | From $2,999/mo | Month to month | $35,988 | Cold email |
| Borks | $3,000/mo for 50,000 sends | Month to month | $36,000 | Cold email |
| CIENCE, 1 offshore SDR | $4,249/mo plus setup and bonus | Month to month | $50,988+ | Email, phone, LinkedIn |
| LevelUp Leads | From $5,000/mo | 3 months, then monthly | $60,000 | Phone and email |
| SalesRoads, 1 US SDR | $11,950 per 4 weeks | Cancel anytime | $155,350 | Phone |
CIENCE is $2,000 for the campaign team plus $499 for the graph8 platform plus $1,750 for an offshore SDR, per its pricing page. SalesRoads bills 13 four-week cycles a year, per its pricing page. When Callbox is worth the price
- You need outreach in Asia-Pacific languages. Few US agencies offer Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese or Mandarin campaigns at all.
- You want several regions under one vendor, one contract and one reporting cadence.
- You want phone, email, LinkedIn, chat and events run by the same pod rather than buying them separately.
- Your offer is simple enough that a short, well-scripted call can qualify interest.
Where IntentSignal fits
IntentSignal is a B2B cold email agency built for US companies with a $10K+ contract value and a sales team ready to take meetings. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. That is less than half the price of one Callbox pod. The two co-founders run every account personally, and you own every sending domain and mailbox we build, in writing, including after we stop working together. We are not a phone-first shop and don't run APAC language programs, so if that is what you need, Callbox is the better call. On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails; Route got 117 opportunities in one month working with us. Book a campaign plan call to get a plan for your market.
