SalesHive Pricing (2026): Plans, Reported Costs and Terms

SalesHive does not publish dollar prices. Its pricing page lists three custom-quoted plans (Starter, Growth and Crush) with US or offshore SDRs, no setup fee and no per-meeting fee, while third parties report about $5,000 to $12,000 a month for US teams and about $4,000 for offshore. This page separates what SalesHive publishes from what others report and works out year-one totals, cost per touch and cost per meeting. It also explains the month-to-month cancellation clause, which adds up to two months to your bill.

SalesHive Pricing (2026): Plans, Reported Costs and Terms

Quick answer

  • Published by SalesHive: three plans (Starter, Growth, Crush), US or offshore SDRs, flat monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-meeting fee, month-to-month or annual, $0 until you approve launch, no meeting guarantee.
  • Not published: any dollar amount. Every plan is custom quoted based on team location, channels and daily volume.
  • Reported: about $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000 a month for the three US plans and about $4,000 for offshore (Salesforge, August 2026), and $7,000 a month paid by one Clutch reviewer in March 2026.
  • Year one at those reported prices: $48,000 (offshore) to $144,000 (US Crush), before your own team's time.

If you're pricing SalesHive because you need meetings for a sales team, it's worth getting an email-first quote next to it. Ours starts at $2,999 a month. Book a campaign plan call and we'll show you the math for your market.

IntentSignal is a cold email agency, so we're one of the options. We've tried to be fair, and every competitor fact links to its source. Everything marked "published" below was read on saleshive.com in October 2026. Everything marked "reported" comes from someone else, and we say who.

Third-party pages that rank for this search also mention plan names like "Launch" and "Grow" and touch counts of 150 a day. The current SalesHive pricing page uses Starter, Growth and Crush with 100+, 250+ and 500+ daily touches. In this page we map Salesforge's reported Launch, Grow and Crush figures onto today's Starter, Growth and Crush, which line up by SDR count and channel mix. If a quote or article uses the old names, ask which plan it maps to today.

Cost per touch at reported price$2.38 or less$1.52 or less$1.14 or less

Cost per touch is the reported monthly price divided by the minimum daily touches times 21 working days. Because the touch counts are floors, real cost per touch should come in at or below these numbers. Offshore plans follow the same three tiers at a lower monthly rate, with each offshore team guided by a US-based strategist. SalesHive's about page places the offshore team in the Philippines (SalesHive about). We found a reported offshore figure of about $4,000 but not one per tier.

What the monthly fee includes

Per the pricing page, every managed plan includes:

  • A dedicated sales strategist who owns targeting and messaging, with weekly tuning
  • Call recording, call review and ongoing SDR coaching
  • The SalesHive platform, including eMod (AI email personalization), the Power Dialer and Smart Inbox
  • Verified list building and data enrichment for your ICP
  • CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM
  • Login access so you can track activity yourself
  • No separate per-seat tooling charge for the managed program

Data, a dialer and an email tool would each be a separate line item if you built this in-house. There is no commitment on outcomes, though. The page says "we do not guarantee a number of meetings," so you are paying for activity and management.

SalesHive also sells two other things priced separately: a self-serve workspace billed per seat (email campaigns, contacts, deals, booking links and AI credits, but no calling) and a platform-plus-implementation option quoted on a call.

Contract terms and cancellation

You pick month to month or annual. Annual gets a lower monthly rate in exchange for the longer commitment. A third-party review reported a discount of about 10% for the longer commitment. SalesHive doesn't publish the figure, so get it in writing.

On month to month, the cancellation clause is the part to read twice. Once outreach has started, you cancel with written notice, and outreach and billing end at the end of your next billing month. Two examples, starting from a decision made in month 3:

You give notice onBilling monthBilling stopsMonths paid after deciding
Day 2 of month 3Month 3End of month 4About 2
Day 28 of month 3Month 3End of month 4About 1

So a "month-to-month" plan carries one to two months of tail. To keep it short, give notice early in a billing month if you've already decided, and schedule your go or no-go review a few days before each billing date, not after. SalesHive does let you walk away before launch: you owe $0 until you approve your team, playbook and messaging, and most clients launch about three weeks after kickoff.

This clause is behind several of the 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, where reviewers describe charges after cancelling and refused credits. SalesHive disputes several of those reviews in its replies.

Year-one cost scenarios

Using the reported prices and 12 monthly invoices:

PlanReported monthlyYear oneFirst 4 months (3 months plus notice tail)
Offshore (tier not specified)$4,000$48,000$16,000
Starter, US$5,000$60,000$20,000
Growth, US$8,000$96,000$32,000
Crush, US$12,000$144,000$48,000

Plan around the last column. It is roughly what it costs to find out whether SalesHive works for you. If you give it three months and then cancel early in month three's billing cycle, you'll have paid for about four.

Cost per meeting

SalesHive doesn't publish meetings per plan, and it doesn't guarantee any. It does say it has booked 106K+ meetings for clients since 2016, and its about page highlights 564 meetings for one fleet maintenance software client over three years (October 2023 to October 2026). That works out to roughly 15 to 16 meetings a month for one long-running client. We don't know that client's plan, so treat it as a best-case reference, not a forecast.

Meetings a monthStarter ($5,000)Growth ($8,000)Crush ($12,000)
4$1,250$2,000$3,000
8$625$1,000$1,500
15$333$533$800

The one public data point from a buyer, the Clutch review, describes one meeting, outside the ICP, after 13 calling days at $7,000 a month (Clutch). Use the range, not the best case, when you build the business case. Then compare it with what a meeting is worth to you: if your average contract is $30,000 and one meeting in five becomes an opportunity that closes a quarter of the time, each meeting is worth about $1,500 in revenue.

Costs that aren't on the invoice

  • Your AEs have to run every meeting, including the off-target ones.
  • The Clutch reviewer's campaign ran for 13 days with the wrong company name in the script, so read the approved messaging line by line before launch.
  • One Trustpilot reviewer says outreach stalled after an SDR transition, so ask how replacements are handled and whether you get credit for idle days.
  • The notice tail described above, up to about two months on month-to-month plans.
  • Annual lock-in, if you take the discount before you've seen results.

How to negotiate a SalesHive quote

  1. Ask for US and offshore quotes for the same tier so you can see the gap in dollars.
  2. Ask for the annual discount as a percentage, and whether you can switch to annual after 60 to 90 days on month to month at the same rate.
  3. Ask whether your SDR works only your account. The pricing page says "dedicated" strategist; check what it says about the SDR.
  4. Ask for a written process for SDR replacement, with a timeline and a credit for days without outreach.
  5. Ask who keeps call recordings, contact lists and email sequences after you cancel. Third-party reviews say SalesHive keeps its playbooks and dialer infrastructure.
  6. Ask for a notice period that ends billing at the end of the current month, not the next one.

Sources: SalesRoads pricing, CIENCE pricing ($2,000 team plus $499 platform plus $1,750 offshore SDR), LevelUp packages, memoryBlue on Clutch. SalesRoads bills 13 times a year, so one SDR is $155,350 annually, about 1.6 times SalesHive's reported US Growth price. When SalesHive is worth the price

SalesHive makes sense if your buyers pick up the phone, you want a dialing SDR without hiring one, and you value the no-setup, month-to-month structure. Compare it with the cost of one in-house SDR: salary, tools, a manager's time and months of ramp before the first meeting. Our agency vs in-house SDR breakdown walks through that math. The offshore plan is one of the lower-cost ways to get a managed calling team with a US strategist on top.

It's a weaker fit if your total market is small, your deals are complex, or you need a commitment on outcomes, because the plans are priced on activity.

A cheaper option if you don't need calling

We're a B2B cold email agency. Programs start at $2,999 a month, month to month, with hybrid retainer-plus-performance options. You own every domain and mailbox we build, in writing, after the engagement too. Our two co-founders run every account. On strong account signals we see about 1 booked meeting per 100 emails, closer to 1 per 200 on generic targeting. We don't run a phone-first SDR team, so if calls are what your market needs, SalesHive or SalesRoads is the better buy. Book a campaign plan call if you want to compare.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SalesHive cost per month?

SalesHive doesn't publish prices. A third-party review in August 2026 reported about $5,000 (Starter), $8,000 (Growth) and $12,000 (Crush) a month for US SDRs and about $4,000 for offshore. One Clutch reviewer paid $7,000 a month in March 2026.

Does SalesHive charge a setup fee?

No. Its pricing page says there are no setup fees and that you owe $0 until you approve your team and playbook for launch.

Does SalesHive charge per meeting?

No. Plans are a flat monthly fee based on team location, channels and daily volume, and SalesHive does not guarantee a number of meetings.

How do I cancel SalesHive?

On month to month, send written notice. Outreach and billing end at the end of your next billing month, so you pay for the rest of the current month and one more. Annual plans are a longer commitment.

Is SalesHive's offshore team cheaper?

Yes. SalesHive describes offshore plans as a lower monthly rate, guided by a US strategist. The only reported figure we found is about $4,000 a month.

How long until SalesHive launches?

SalesHive says most clients launch about three weeks after kickoff, within a month.

What's the difference between Starter, Growth and Crush?

Starter is one SDR on phone only at 100+ touches a day. Growth is one SDR on phone and email at 250+ a day with eMod personalization. Crush is two SDRs on phone and email at 500+ a day.
