WhatsApp Ads for Insurance Brokers
We run click-to-WhatsApp ads for insurance brokers only where the buyer texts for business, and for most commercial brokers that’s a small slice. This page is short on purpose. The audiences and follow-up match our Facebook program for brokers, which is where CFOs and owners actually are.
A CFO at a 300-person distributor doesn’t open a WhatsApp thread with a broker she’s never met. An owner of a 60-person construction company, a restaurant group, or a trucking firm in a metro where WhatsApp is the default might, and for a P&C producer selling into those employers, the channel is workable.
Where it fits
P&C producers selling to field-based and immigrant-owned employers: construction, trucking, restaurants, landscaping. The signals are a new location, a headcount threshold, or OSHA activity. The ad is your producer on camera, 15 seconds, one signal, ending with “message us and tell us your renewal month.” The prefilled first message: “Hi, I saw the ad about the second location, our renewal is in October.” Our team confirms the month and books the producer at 120 days out. Nothing in the chat quotes, binds, or names a carrier; your compliance reviewer sees the script.
Where it doesn’t
Benefits producers selling to HR directors, and any producer selling to mid-market CFOs. For those, Facebook captures the renewal date through a one-question form and email reaches the CFO the week she starts.
What it costs
The management fee is priced per program, based on spend, audiences, and the hours of chat coverage your buyers need. We’ll give you the number on the fit call.
Ad spend is billed to your card by Meta. We don’t hold spend, there’s no markup, and the WhatsApp Business account is in your name.
Results
Those are software, logistics, and restaurant clients. We'll put a number from this channel here the first time a client in the category lets us use their name.
If you write P&C for contractors and restaurant groups, book the call. If you write benefits for mid-market, book it anyway and we'll set you up on Facebook and email.
Book a 15-minute fit call
Tell us your lines and who your employers are. If you write P&C for field-based businesses, WhatsApp is worth a test. Otherwise we'll set you up on Facebook and email.

Questions people ask us
Do business owners text brokers?
Owners of construction, trucking, and restaurant businesses sometimes do. CFOs and HR directors don’t. It’s a segment-by-segment answer.
What can the chat say?
The change, a review offer, and a request for the renewal month. It can’t quote, bind, name a carrier, or promise a rate. The script goes through your compliance reviewer.
What should we run instead?
Facebook with the one-question renewal form, and email. Both are built for brokers on their own pages.
How much should we spend?
If it fits, $1,500 to $3,000 a month on the field-based segment of your territory.
