Commercial HVAC Contractors

Instagram Ads for Commercial HVAC Contractors

We run Instagram ads for commercial HVAC contractors only where the buyer is there, and for most, that’s a small slice. This page is short on purpose. The audiences and follow-up match our Facebook program for HVAC, and Facebook is where your buyer is: property managers and facilities directors run their day from a phone with Facebook open on it, not Instagram.

The one HVAC audience on Instagram is developers, younger owners of restaurant and retail groups building out locations, and GCs’ project managers under 40. If your work is tenant buildouts for restaurant groups, Instagram is workable. If it’s rooftop units on office buildings, it isn’t.

Where it fits

Buildout work for restaurant and retail operators who post their new locations on Instagram. The signal is the lease or the TI permit. The ad is your estimator on camera, vertical, one signal: “You just signed on a new restaurant space. Here’s the mechanical question to ask before the sub list closes.” Or a piece of equipment, a 2008 rooftop unit, 15 seconds, with one line of text. Lead form plus calendar, our team calls the same day.

Where it doesn’t

Property managers with office portfolios, facilities directors at manufacturers, and building owners over 50. That’s most of commercial HVAC, and for those buyers we run Facebook and email.

What it costs

The management fee is priced per program, based on spend and how many audiences and creatives are in rotation. We’ll give you the number on the fit call.

Ad spend is billed to your card by Meta. We don’t hold spend, there’s no markup, and you can see every dollar in your own ad account. You don’t need to run our email to run this.

If you do restaurant and retail buildouts, book the call. If it's office and industrial, book it anyway and we'll set you up on Facebook.

Book a 15-minute fit call

Tell us your trade mix and who your buyers are. If you do restaurant and retail buildouts, Instagram is worth a test next to Facebook. If it's office and industrial, we'll say Facebook first.

Questions people ask us

Are property managers on Instagram?

Not for work. They’re on Facebook. Developers, restaurant operators, and younger GC project managers are on Instagram, and that’s the only HVAC audience it serves.

Is this just the Facebook page again?

Same system, different people. The Facebook page is where most HVAC buyers are, and this page exists to say so plainly and to cover the buildout audience that isn’t.

What should the video show?

A piece of equipment with the year on it, or your estimator on one signal. Not the trucks.

How much should we spend?

If it fits, $1,500 to $3,000 a month on the buildout audience, next to a Facebook program.
